This has been the worst customer service experience that I ever had, I came in today and ordered a waba bowel with avocado, tiffany repeated the order back to me and it was correct. Then I asked for Brown rice and at first they refused to fix it because it was already done (I am allergic to white rice). They manager gave me a side of Brown rice, I told her that my order needs to remade because the meat is already pre-contaminated from the rice and now I cannot eat that. The manager was extremely rude and they fixed it with the rice. However, the meat was was still incorrect they gave me steak, I was asked for waba (chicken and steak), the manager has the nerve to argue with me because they cannot follow simple directions. I am a manager at Subway, so I understand food service, customer service and everything in between. I asked for the district manager's number and she refused to give it to me twice. Read moreWaba Grill in Perris has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, they never welcome or greet. I placed the order online, it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived two minutes early, I knew I had to wait because there were more people first than me, but after a few minutes I saw that people who arrived after me were getting their food. I saw that the cashier was putting more orders ready for pick up in a basket. The woman/cashier never asked if I was there to pick up or if I was there to place an order, she was not very polite. Then a white woman came in and another employee asked her if she was there to pick up an order and the customer said yes, so the employee immediately took the order and gave it to her, but she ignored me. I had waited 12 minutes, so I had to ask about my order, I told her that I was waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. She only asked my name and yes, my order was there, but she never said sorry for the wait, she didn't say a word. Honestly, it was my first time there, but for sure it was my last.
