Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Perris

I guess their social media battle over who has the best chicken sandwich worked way far better than they had anticipated and planned for. No one has the sandwich available at any of the restaurants I went to. Tonight they even closed the restaurant because they were out of so many other things on the menu and people were complaining. See the picture below... However I was able to get a 3-piece dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans, although I had to wait for the biscuit. I was told that at one restaurant, over the weekend, someone came in and bought a couple dozen sandwiches and stood outside the drive through and sold them for a premium price. AND, people were very happy to pay extra just to get a sandwich. Evidently, Popeyes wadn't really ready to handle the crowds. I heard lots of snarky comments from customers, but the staff laughed it off saying that there wasn't anything that could be done and everyone laughed. I guess there's nothing like good planning and projections. And this is nothing like good planning and projections... Fortunately their food is good enough, in my opinion, to compensate..., if they could only keep the restaurants adequately supplied to feed the hungry (and hangry) masses! As for me, I'm going to hold off going back to Popeyes until this blows over and they return to...

I have been to this Popeyes since they've opened. Everything was great, customer service etcetera. But my last experience was ridiculous. I simply asked the cashier how much more it would be to add a side is mashed potatoes, and out of no where the manger is at the window asking what she could do for me. I was very confused on what she was regarding. So I simply told her that I was not to sure why she was called if I simply wanted to know how much more it would be to order a side of mashed potatoes. She then told me that the cashier had asked her without us knowing if we could get it for free. I was very offended, I told the manager that money was not a problem and that I would pay for it. Anyhow so once i got home my order was not even complete. I was very upset because i live 25 minutes from Popeyes and having to waste my gas and my time. I will never go back to this location. Poor customer service, people there...

My visit this evening had to be part of a hidden camera TV show because it's has been absolutely ridiculous. Before I went to that location I called verifying that I was able to specify what I wanted in my three-piece. I clearly asked for certain pieces of meat, and they don't give it to me. When I tell them that it's a mistake, they make a whole big old deal just to fix it . And then it didn't look spicy when I verified I asked them twice if it spicy they just said yeah laughing and joking, not even caring, acting like children. I get to the car and it's mild so I called on the phone and get hung up on after saying that she knew it wasn't spicy and a long pause conveniently their phone is broken or something mind you I just called 15 minutes ago with no problem I mean it has been infuriating and uncalled for I don't think I ever want to go back up in there not even to pick up doordash Jayla? or Jada? get your...
