Extremely Poor Service at the Meat Counter ā But Props to Josh and Janet
Visited the store today to buy ingredients for tacos, and the experience at the meat counter was incredibly disappointing. There were about 30 people waiting, and although four employees were behind the counter, only Josh was actually helping customers. The other three ā two who were managers, one lady named Elena and unfortunately I didnāt catch the males nameā were completely disengaged, pretending to ārestockā already full meat selections and ignoring both the line and direct customer requests for help.
Josh was doing his absolute best to serve everyone on his own, staying calm and polite under pressure ā he deserves serious credit for that. Thankfully, Janet, the front-end manager, quickly stepped in and sent two cashiers to help, which finally moved the line.
Huge appreciation for Josh and Janet, but the behavior of the other staff behind the counter was unacceptable. This kind of service reflects poorly on the store and really needs to be addressed.

Visitamos la tienda hoy para comprar ingredientes para tacos y la experiencia en el Ć”rea de carnes fue muy decepcionante. HabĆa alrededor de 30 personas esperando, y aunque habĆa cuatro empleados detrĆ”s del mostrador, solo Josh estaba atendiendo a los clientes. Los otros tres ā de los cuales dos eran supervisores o encargados, la mujer llamada Elena, desafortunadamente no se el nombre del caballeroā estaban completamente desentendidos, fingiendo āreabastecerā productos que ya estaban claramente llenos y simplemente ignoraban tanto la fila como las solicitudes directas de los clientes.
Josh hizo todo lo posible por atender a todos Ć©l solo, manteniĆ©ndose tranquilo y amable bajo mucha presión ā se merece un gran reconocimiento. Afortunadamente, Janet, la encargada del Ć”rea de cajas, intervino de inmediato y envió a dos cajeros para ayudar, lo cual finalmente hizo avanzar la fila.

Once she showed up, a group of women come up next to me and she starts helping them before me. When I had been waiting first. Thats not even the worst part.
