Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Perry Township

The worst Chipotle I've visited!

I was hungry while driving south on I-75. I'm unfamiliar with Lima or Ohio, so I checked Google Maps and was excited to see a Chipotle. The restaurant looked brand new on Google, so I chalked up the 2.9 overall score with 38 reviews as inaccurate and skewed by a few angry customers.

Travelers, beware—the reviews are spot on. This restaurant is well below standard! The pictures of half-filled bowls are accurate. Portions are the smallest I've ever experienced at any location.

The chicken was a bit dry and seemed cold, the barbacoa was also dry and incorrectly shredded (I was given a chunk), and the fajita veggies were barely cooked.

In short, the restaurant was clean, and I didn't get sick, but I would never return to this location.

If a Manager is reading this, please know that I love Chipotle. Nobody does quick-service food better and more consistently than you. Please get your staff some...

Ordered a pickup order of Chipotle. Three soft chicken Al Pastor tacos; and one chicken Al Pastor quesadilla. The three sides I picked were fresh salsa, red salsa (sauce), and green tomatillo salsa. The ridiculous to-go container they used, made the sauces spill all over the bag, and container. But that’s not even the biggest problem from this place. The biggest issue was the 3 tacos. When I say they were tiny.. that’s being nice. They contained a scant teaspoon of chicken in them. I’ve included a picture. $13 for 3 tacos; they should definitely have some meat in them. Went to pick up dinner on a Sunday evening. Went inside to order take out and waited almost a half hour. Watched 8 people ahead of me walk out. Watched part of a party ahead of me place online order, then picked up thru the drive thru and came back in and ate while waiting for the rest of their party. When I finally got to order, I asked for extra rice, and the girl acted like I was asking for the moon. I got maybe an extra tablespoon and she just kept pushing it around on the flour shell until I said OK. The protein portion was ridiculously small.
