Cook Out — Restaurant in Perry

Last night I purchased an oreo cheesecake milkshake. Halfway through eating it I noticed the color changing toward the bottom and it tasted different. My throat started to feel funny that's when I realized it was strawberry. Apparently they made a mistake and started making a strawberry cheesecake shake and instead of remaking it they put the oreo cheesecake on top. I ended up having a bad reaction because I am allergic to strawberries. As a nurse by profession luckily I knew what to do but this could've turned out really bad for someone who has a severe allergy. I caught it in time and luckily benadryl fixed it. I tried to call the local store but there is no number. I sent an email but only got a general thank you fir your feedback response. I tried calling the number given it went to voicemail. Your employees need to be more cautious and handle a mistake correctly. I'm now literally scared to go back to that location because of knowing your employees will cover up a mistake that could cost someone their life...

We went there for the first time in Perry GA , Tuesday 6 pm on may 6th 2025. The worst service you could possibly have at a drive thru. We work long days, I was starving, the girl ruined my entire night and we didn't even get to try to food I had my heart set on. She was extremely rude and COULD NOT understand we wanted to try 2 orders of Cajun cheese frys , one size reg and one size large. She rushed us to pay, we were trying to order more food. We ordered a burger and she asked what kind. We didn't see any types just said " regular burger" on the menu. She got rude and mummered words, we couldn't understand her after that. So we left the drive thru to park, and try ordering face to face , maybe we could understand each other better. But NO ONE would come to the window to help us.

We can't do better than this with the customer service? I can sure go in and show them how to treat customers the...

We were visiting family from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. My husband went to pick up food from Cookout. Logan was his cashier. He was rude and acted like he had better things to do than take our order. It was August 5th at 9:52pm. He gave us the food and walked off. Once we got back to the hotel and opened it up, it was completely wrong. We didn’t get anything from our order. We were given 2 orders of chicken tenders. That was annoying. But we could have dealt with it if we had been given any sauce of any kind. So we just had a whole bunch of dry tenders. Maybe if the employee cared more about his job and the customer, people would receive the correct food and what they paid for.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times the cashiers have been extremely rude. Not going back. I do not recommend...
