Ordered at 113pm. Fifty minutes later... and after it sat in "quality" status for 21 mins... I called to see what the issue was. Girl said driver would be back in 13 mins and mine would be the next order out. I said that means my oder would literally be an hour old pizza before it even leaves the store? She said "do you want to cancel it"? "I can deliver it or cancel"! I said cancel it smartalic. Not I'll make it over so it's fresh... No regard at all for my food or the expensive price I paid!! I will NEVER order from here again. Called back today to talk to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that it is what it and do I understand how hard retail is to work in right now?! I said is that all you have to say...she proceeded to tell me I was rude....which was totally not the case at all....and that floored me because I never raised my voice, no cussing, just normal yet I was rude when she clearly was after the way she talked to me and reacted to my call. Totally out of line all the way around but it's gonna hurt them worse by just loosing my business and many like me than if I were to call corporate and complain. I will tell everyone of my experience whenever I get the chance....
Read moreI must not be the only one here, based on the reviews, that have had some issues with the time it takes to get orders delivered. This is the second this has happened to me, the last time I refused to order delivery from dominos for a couple months.
Well, I decided tonight (monday night) to order a small pizza at 6:45pm. The Dominos Tracker updated me that my pizza was in quality check at 6:59PM. Pizza was picked up by driver and left the store at 7:16pm. I waited, and waited for my pizza to finally come, only to hear the doorbell at 7:47pm.
I had a feeling the pizza would no longer be hot, it wasn't, it was barely warm. You know when you can tell food has been sitting for a little bit, that's how it looked.
I understand its not 100% the drivers fault, whether its understaffing, or whatever, something needs to change. Regardless of the times I've had issues, ive always tipped the drivers.

I've been in the service industry for 18 years and I'll tell you now she will drive that business into the ground. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude to me about the online order not being correct, she basically called me stupid and said computers don't make mistakes. She refused to replace the pizza and now my boyfriend doesn't even have dinner. And this dip I order weekly was barely even there. Had enough for 3 twists.
