Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Perrysburg

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED LONG STANDING CUSTOMER HERE.... After ordering thee exact same pizza for my two year old son, almost weekly if not more, for more than a year and a half, I had hands down the WORST experience of my life with this location tonight! We ALWAYS order an Extra Most Best Cheese Pizza - Well Done- with a little extra cheese put on it. Every. Single. Time. DESTINY and RYAN are the best when it comes to taking our order Bc the pizza comes out flawlessly. However tonight, Ryan was on vacation and Destiny was off! So I had the unfortunate experience of working with Taylor😡. She was rude, offensive, and threatened to call the police after stating that if “my pizza comes out burnt, it’s not her fault and I’m still paying for it!!!!” She proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes about making the same exact pizza I order every time to the point that I had to drive there to get it made! Went in and ordered 3 pizzas, crazy bread, cheesy bread and sauces. Guy behind the counter told me it would be about 15 minutes, I said not a problem then took a seat. After about 8 minutes sitting there a good looking younger girl comes in and orders cheesy bread. The guy behind the counter tells her she will have to wait that they didn't have any cheesy bread available so she sits down. 8 minutes go by and he calls her to the counter for her cheesy bread then he offers her a crazy bread or 2-liter for her wait. About 5 minutes after she leaves they finally have my order complete, after 21 minutes when I was told my order would be done in 15. I was not offered anything for my wait. I ordered a custom-made pizza and received a totally different pizza. When I talked to customer service, a rude lady named Kristal very rudely stated that we are sorry we messed up, and the best we can do is only 25% back of your order, totally unacceptable. Will not order from little ceasers again, will stick to Dominos instead. I was told that Little ceasers has deals so I went there but the service and work is not good at all.
