First, I’ve frequented this establishment many times. Customer service has always been so-so. But, on this occasion, I drove up and parked, ran in to grab my usual juice, and was immediately told to move my vehicle. No, courtesy at all. The 2 girls said they’re expecting a delivery and I had to move. Parking in front of this place is always challenging, so part of your vehicle always ends up blocking part of their driveway, which by the way has no signs that say to not. Anyway, I said by the time I run back out, move my vehicle and come back in I could have already bought my juice and been out the door. All they said was, “next time don’t block our driveway”. I said thank you, and left. I will not de back. The way this was handled was unprofessional, and a symptom of the downward spiral of customer service in general. Juice House in Petaluma is one of our absolute favorites! We’re big fans of their Green Machine, Gecko’s Echo, Green Mary, and N-light-N—all packed with fresh flavor and energy. Their elixir shots are amazing (I grab one every single visit!) and you earn points for those.

I love that they sometimes offer 50% off juices, and their bottle return program (get $0.50 back per bottle) is a great way to recycle and get a discount. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful, and they’re more than happy to offer samples so you can try something new.

Everything is vegan and they also have almond milks, cold brews and Go Go Bites.
