We tried the Tlayudas, tamales and Memelas. We all loved the tlayudas, they were well balanced and moist. We tried the chicken and pork tamales, also delicious. The Memelas were good, however a little dry but a good salsa or mole poured over them would take care of that. Someone sitting next to us was having a chicken mole dish that looked amazing, I will have to try that next. We picked up some conchas (traditional sweet bread)-excellent! I bought some mole, quesillo (oaxacan artisan cheese) and Chapulines (roasted grasshoppers) in thier store at the back. The Chapulines were fresh and delicious, I will be back for more.
