The service was absolutely horrendous. We came out to eat to have a relaxing experience and it ended as a a hostile terrible experience. It started with getting a drink at happy hour at the bar because they had no tables available. The hostess first said that happy hour was over when it was 5:45 and ended at 6. Then the bartender didn’t take our order until 5:58 while having a terrible attitude. She finally served us and as soon as our food came the table was ready. She started yelling at the host and in general about how it wasn’t fair that the server wouldn’t get the drinks on their tab and it was across the bar everyone was staring and felt uncomfortable. My husband went to be sat with my son while I paid our bill. Whoever went to sat us left and my husband and son had no idea where to sit and had no menus. I went to speak to the manager and his response was simply she’s busy. I have been a server just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to be rude or unprofessional. It continued at our table. It took forever for our server to come over. When she did I mentioned I had a complimentary pizza and wanted to use that for a gluten free pizza which is the same size and offered to pay more. She said she would look into it. She came back 15 minutes later saying it couldn’t be applied to gluten free at all. So we ended up paying $30 for a gluten free pizza. This server was a bit better up until she brought the pizzas and threw them down and said the pizza was already made with such an attitude. This was a terrible experience I would not recommend unless you want to leave with the feeling like you’re burdening people...
Read moreWe ordered here while picking up a shift in McMurray && from the ratings we were so excited. The service was good and the restaurant its self looked impeccable, so of course I had high expectations. First the good of the food: -We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was very good, but the star of this whole order was a 8 oz bowl of pasta fagiole. The soup was incredible. The downfall: -The salad was big and leafy but they give you one cup of terrible dressing, huge tomato quarters, they don’t ask what type you want when ordering online. The most disappointing part of the salad was the protein, which was chicken. There wasn’t even a half breast for a big salad, it was completely disproportionate which made it so much less enjoyable and the salad was over $17. We were told this town was upper class, but damn… at least give me a whole chicken breast for that price. -Lastly the chicken and broccoli rabe sandwich, which for whatever reason was EXTREMELY bitter. As of someone doused it in hand sanitizer before it went into my sandwich. I wanted so badly to love this 3 item, $50 lunch, but unfortunately that is not what happened. I would hate for another working class couple lose their money like we did. I should’ve just...
Read moreThis was a dinner experience with thrilling highs and shocking lows. When you first walk in there is a podium where the hostess will seat you.. seems to me she'd rather take care of to-go door dashers before dine in.. my partner was rudely greeted with "uh your name?" She replied "liz, table f....." the hostes cut her off then asked each dasher their names... obviously.. that giant to go rack behind her had nothing on it.. she informed the dashers their order wasn't ready then discouragingly seated us.. now here comes the thrilling high.. our server was electrifying fun and everything a server should be. He was absolutely phenomenal. 15 out of 10. Even though he's an absolute all star, I found out.. there isn't a single lump of coal in the place.. its well done pizza.. well I'm sad at the lack of coal... I got over it, but when our pizzas came out under cooked, I was kinda bummed out. When I order from my local pizzeria with an actual asbestos brick oven, regular done is more done than my pizzas were. I will likely come back because I do enjoy the concept and I'd really like to see the proper experience.
But I promise.. your dine in customers are far more important than...
