I had hair extensions put in. They were a little pricey but that's not the problem! Paige put them in and did an excellent job and the hair quality was great! The owner of the salon as part of her sales pitch said she would give me 2 or even three blow outs a week.so I could become comfortable with working with the extensions. They did one blow out. An employee had an emergency in her family and left for another state. Lisa called and canceled my blowout. That was okay. I called back and ask if the stylist that was doing my blowout could do a color touch up when I came in. Lisa informed me the stylist wouldn't be there and that a new stylist would be doing my blowout. I ask about the color and Lisa told me she would have to do it and it would be on Friday at 9:00am. I ask if the stylist could do my hair since she was so new and I have extensions in. Lisa informed me the stylist that had done my hair wasn't licensed and wasn't even suppose to do blowouts let alone color. I left it at Lisa doing my hair Friday morning. After I thought about how hostile she was I thought I would rather she didn't do my color. So I called she didn't answered but did return my call after business hours. She said I wanted the unlicensed stylist to do my color free and how long did I expect to get free blowouts. She offered the free blowouts as part of the package of getting the extensions. She never once told me it's not legal for her unlicensed stylistest to blowout my hair. She was unprofessional and rude accusing me of trying to take advantage of her since now she would have to pay another stylist to do my blowouts. She accused me of wanting free color. Not true! I expect to pay for services provided not in the...
Read moreI am responding to a negative comment that was written about myself and our salon. Normally I wouldn't respond but this comment was way off base. I had a woman come to our salon that wanted a full head of extensions i had never met her before I gave her a great price on our hair extensions! she needed five bundles, I explained to her how to take care of them and the pros and cons. She really wanted these extensions. She was nervous about blowdrying them .I wanted to help her, So my stylist Michelle was in training and I offered for Michelle to do her blow dries once a week complementary until she was comfortable doing her own hair. I thought that was a nice gesture and something that would be beneficial to her. The first few weeks were fine and then the third week Michelle actually had a death in the family and had to go out of town. So I called the client to reschedule her appointment I did try to accommodate her but things didn't work out because she was heading off for vacation that's when she got furious and said that I went back on my word. I don't know a lot of salon owners that would offer a service for free just to try to help someone and it's heartbreaking to me that a person would write a review about our salon like this when my intentions were good and I did...
Read moreWhere do I even start with Lisa Paris Salon? On top of having extraordinary skills and talent, their customer service is exceptional. I have never been in a salon environment where I have felt so at home and cared for. They actively prioritize their clients happiness and satisfaction even if it means being inconvenienced on their end. When I asked to move an appointment Paige came in ON HER DAY OFF to do my hair. Also it wasn’t a quick hair appointment I asked to reschedule, I had new extensions to be put in, as well as have my roots done, as well as have my entire head toned. This is just one example of how they make sacrifices for their clients. I have been coming to Lisa Paris Salon for 6 months now for extensions and color and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also their prices are very affordable. They could charge double for the quality of the services they perform everyday. I recently cancelled my subscription at DryBar to get blowouts with Lisa Paris Salon instead too because I am always so pleased with the experience and results after any and all...
