Gifted Inc — Local services in Peters Township

Today I called the store to see if they had any of the AP toothpaste in stock. The lady who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude I will never step foot back into that shop. As a local I pride myself on only shopping small but with people like that I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Trust me that toothpaste is available everywhere. All I gotta do is pick a person off fb but thought I’d support them. Never again. Whoever answered the phone actually had the nerve to say, “I don’t know whatever the retail price is and I gotta walk over to look”. Each question was answered with a sigh or attitude. As someone who works customer service that’s absolutely the most unprofessional thing anyone could ever say. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to leave a review…which I never do. Shame on...

I love shopping at Gifted in McMurray. They carry everything you need for yourself or that extra special gift for someone that's hard to buy for: wedding, birthday, anniversary, or just because ( that's my favorite). They have jewerly (Alex and Ana) necklaces,bracelets, scarves, glassware, ornaments, Vera Bradley merchandise, Nora Fleming, baby gifts, etc. You will be so surprised and Gifted will become one of your favorites stores. Customer service is sub par. Okay selection but wow, all sorts of rules about ….

Can’t gift wrap a sale item. Had to pay extra for a “gifted logo bag” for the sale item. Bought two ornaments, gift wrapped, but “no, we can’t place them in a bag because they are already gift wrapped”.
