There are two Sheetz in Inwood. Stat away from the one on Route 51. This particular Sheetz is the worst. I have had the employees try to charge me a dollar extra for gas. I even had one employee argue with me about which brand of cigarettes I wanted. It also takes forever to get in and out. The Sheetz on Tabler Statio Road is somewhat better. At this Sheetz it will take a while to get in and out because they usually have only one person at the register, but they don't argue with you about the cigarettes you want and they don't try to charge you extra for gas. Also the air pump at this Sheetz works; the one on Route 51 most of the time has a broken air pump and it takes days to weeks before it is operational. Take the time to go the extra six miles. You won't be as frustrated and you won't be told you didn't ask for that. I couldn't believe some punk kid at the one on Route 51 actually argued with me about the cigarettes I wanted and he did so in front of a line of other customers. It was rude and extremely unprofessional. The Sheetz at Charleston is alright. Again, it will take some time t pop get in and out, but the employees won't try to cheat you nor will they argue with you. Stay away from the Sheetz on Route 51. They...
Read moreI used to work here and I also go here a lot for food when I'm out. It's a great stop for getting drinks and fresh food. Ordering food is easy by using the self-service kiosk, and you can also order ahead on the app. Their subs are great, as are their french fries and personal pizzas. They have a large selection of snacks and drinks, but sometimes they're low on stock. The drink cups are always stocked, but they run out of Extra Large often as well as the large straws and lids. Even when I worked here, there were always at least two or three slushie flavors out of stock but they do have about 10 or 12 choices in total that make up for that. There's a huge amount of tobacco options behind the counter too. The only issue here is that getting through the drive-thru takes far too long to be considered convenient, but the reason for this is that there's usually only one cashier who has to juggle both the front counters and the drive-thru window all alone (I had to do this almost every shift). There are four self-checkout stations along the wall across the front counters, so I advise that you use those...
Read moreThis is the worst place I have ever been. My family and I went on a family road trip. Our car is a Tesla so on our way back we stop by their gas station to fill the tank of 3 other SUVs and charge our Tesla at their charge station. Short after my family filled up their tank they parked in the back to wait for us while at the same time we where looking for a place to stay tonight. Someone spoke to us over their loud speaker threatening us about calling the police if we don't lived the place. My husband went in to explain we where all together and my family were waiting for us but the workers inside said they had no idea who was talking over the speaker. The same person said again that he would call the police if we don't lived. So by that time a police car show up, our car was charged and we were ready to go. The police did not even stopped where we were. This is my message to the owner or manager of that gas station, I don't care about your policy, that's not the way to treat customers that were just putting money in...
