On February 7, 2018 around 7:20 pm, I almost lost my mind on your horrible employees. No one greats you when you come in. Matter of a fact, we greeted them and they stared like they had a problem so that put me on edge immediately. There were two ignorant a** employees. One was a middle aged or maybe older(who knows) Spanish woman and an African American female maybe in her 20's or so. They both seemed depressed or deranged.not sure which one. The short Spanish woman was the most disrespectful species I ever met in my life and she does not deserve a job so if this situation is not handled, I will be going to someone higher up. She does not make eye contact and they both talk with discussing tones and then the Spanish one decides to stare me and my car down until I pull off. She's lucky and I pray that something is done about both of those employees. I will be working my hardest to make sure of it. By the way, it is 2:38 am. I woke up out of my sleep to write this review. Thanks for hiring the worst employees you could find. During the next hiring process, check backgrounds and watch for fake smiles. You might need a Psychologist at the interview with you....
Read moreI went in for breakfast before work and the lady working didn't have a flatbread like I asked for. She grabbed wheat bread and tried to hurry me into making a decision, although I was the only person in the restaurant. I asked for the steak, egg, and cheese. She puts the egg on, gets half a scoop of steak and puts that on top. I asked politely for a little more because what she gave me was ridiculously stingy for the price I was going to pay. She said it would be extra and I said other Subways will at least cover the egg with meat. She said "that's how we do it here". So I said no thank you I'll go to the one in Walmart where they give you a fair amount. She put the steak back in the container and the egg back in it's container. I'm assuming she will reuse the bread too. I hope no one has an egg allergy when ordering steak or wheat bread next. As I was leaving she started talking under her breath. Read moreI have been going to this location for 2+ years. I went in today and there was a coupon online on the subway site(mobile) that was for b2g1 free footling. I placed my orders then at checkout tried to use the coupon but it kept telling me to mobile order. I asked the woman how to use it and she was not helpful at all. Then after getting another employee I was then told I could only use it online. I told her any other location would have input manually a discount to make one of the subs free. I then told her I had two dollars off for reward points but was told I was unable to use it since they don’t have the scanner machine in there location. Are you kidding me?? It is not my fault you are not equipped with the devices to accommodate your customers and make them happy. I have never felt so disgusted in my life with another restaurant.
