Had lunch this week and the original cheesesteak was very good. I was born in Philadelphia and have enjoyed east coast cheesesteaks most of my life. However, after receiving my sandwich through the window on the food truck, I ask the young man if I could have some ketchup, he replied "it will be one dollar". I said" what, a dollar for some ketchup" he then replied, "we have to buy it so you do too". Have had “cheesesteaks” in Detroit area and you can’t even compare the two. Phoxy’s has found a niche in northern Michigan and should plan to stay. The customer service made my meal even better then it was(which was very hard to do) I got a Philly cheesesteak with a milkshake and Curley fries, and it was the best Philly I’ve had in a very long time!
