So, I walked away from a slot machine to go to the bathroom. I’ve been there enough where I’m friendly with most. I come back and someone played my machine and I lost $80. Just before this, some guy punched a hole in the monitor next to me. Anyways, I immediately go to bartender who’s new, Jenny? Jessie? Blonde white girl with tattoos. Her immediate response is, “Don’t you know any better? It’s your fault you left it”.
I am completely thrown off guard because we were chatting and friendly just until this moment. I can only assume she does heavy drugs and suddenly her mood shifted. I kept trying to ask why she’s being so aggressive and rude but she puts her hand in my face and goes off laughing to some people ignoring me for about 10 minutes. I stand and wait patiently because I don’t want to lose my cool and for the record, everyone is good to me there. Anyways, she finally needs to come to my side of bar so she walks up and scoffs and tries to brush me off (I still have no idea how someone can become so disgustingly rude after being friendly 30 mins prior). I ask to see the cameras that is clearly pointing at my slot machine and she just says ‘no’.
Absolutely most ridiculously egregious attitude and service I’ve ever experienced.
Also, to the manager, I’ve tried contacting you multiple times to no avail before having to leave this review but, yeah.
I can only say, despite majority of great staff, you could have an experience like mine.
So, yeah. And you guys really need to fire her...

I pray this reach corporate because your establishment needs to be readjusted. Your customers issues is blasted across Facebook by the GM, stand out side smoking weed with the customers, bartenders taking shots with customers on the job and more. Trust I am ok with being banned because my money matters where I spend it NO sleep lost. I am coming to take over pecan as well as Pflugerville to show how customers are treated.

Read moreThere are a lot of things wrong with this bar, but I’m just going to mention one. “THE WHISKY ROOM”……….this is no way any kind of “whisky” anything. You need to have some knowledge on whisky and you MUST know how to make an “Old Fashioned”. You must have a variety of whisky’s and know the difference between them. Then there is the word bar behind it. I’ve ran 2 very profitable bars. And what I’ve come to know is that there are “bars” and there are places with alcohol that you can pay 3x for. This is definitely the ladder. It really should be named “the dive place”. Then the name would fit.
I also feel I should put this out there. When you don’t except “Apple Pay” you need to let your new customers know at the beginning of the interaction. What you should not do is call them a walk out or “dead beat” just because YOU don’t except this new kind of currency.
Don’t worry though, I’ll come back again soon. Being I just purchased a house around the corner. But it will be after the sale and the name is changed. Until then it’s off to the Red Rooster and the Victory bar....
