Arby's — Restaurant in Phenix City

I don't get it! I can go to this Arby's location 5 times in a two week period and 2 out of the 5 times I will have a great roast beef sandwich thinly sliced and nice and tender. The other 3 times I get fatty hard to chew thick sliced roast beef that makes you want to gag just taking a bite. What is going on with the different consistency In sandwich making Arby's? If you want repeat customers and if you want more customers have the managers do a little quality control and produce the same thinly sliced tender roast beef sandwiches Arby's is known for each and every time. Trust me it can be done! I've been to different Arby's locations where I always got a great sandwich. You guys do specialize in roast beef sandwiches-do it right. I will not be back to this location because I never know what sandwich I'm going to get and I don't like to gamble at Arby's with my money-its expensive anyway. Why wouldn't you want to give the customers what they pay for? I'm extremely frustrated because I picked up dinner for the family on 24th of Aug 2017 at 630pm and both roast beef sandwiches were hard to chew, fatty, and thick sliced; basically grisly and nasty. I wasted another 14 dollars at Arby's. Trust me I have learned my lesson-last...

Somewhat disappointed. Sat in line in the drive thru. Placed my order with a coupon for the 2 for $4 Classic Roast beef. I ordered 8 sandwiches... $17+... asked for 1 Arby's sauce and 1 Horsey sauce for each sandwich... the response was, "we'll give you a handful of each"... my response was "no problem, as long as I have one of each for each sandwich"...

Everything was fine... got back to the hotel. Cudos for the correct amount of sauce, with no extras to waste.

So, one thing I always do, is open up each sandwich, because the roast beef is always packed down. I always take each piece of meat and relayer it so the sandwich meat is fluffy and seems monster.

Here is where I find issue. I had 3 sandwiches with plenty of meat (7 -9 slices), 2 sandwiches had 5 slices, and 3 sandwiches had only 4 slices of meat. The 3 sandwiches with only 4 slices of meat was flat, unappealing, and a sad excuse for proper service. It's late and I'm tired... I ate 2, but will return the rest tomorrow after work for replacement or...

So, my wife and I are out here on business. And we went to grab a bite to eat. Arby's sounds good right? Well ok food was great. I'll give it that much. But the customer base is far from pleasant. I was finishing up my order when I was given my receipt. Then a customer walks up and starts having a loud conversation with the person who took my order. Then my receipt was slammed out of the printer by this ignorant person and was handed to me by the lady who took my order. I politely looked and her and the receipt and said can you please re print the reciept and she gave him a smirk and handed me the second receipt. My wife and I sat down and had our meal after a long day of work. We enjoyed our food and got up and threw the trash away. Another co worker there was very nice in giving us a smile and said thank you for coming in and have a good rest of our evening. Anyways, long story short.
