McDonald's — Restaurant in Phenix City

Don't pull off or walk away without making DAMN sure you got everything you ordered because apparently, if you do they can't give you what you ordered, even if YOU PAID FOR IT. I have four kids. I bought four Big Mac jrs, two for me and two for my husband, three medium fries to divide amongst us, TWO TEN PEICE chicken nuggets, and two large sweet teas. I spent about $25, I also made a special request for extra EXTRA honey mustard, because ofcourse, the twenty chicken nuggets for my kids. So I pull through the drive through get my bags and go home, back to my kids to distribute dinner. Well guess what.? There's mine and my husbands sandwichs all three of the French fries BUT NO NUGGETS! And to top it off!!!, they gave me a bag full of honey mustard.?! So I call the mcdonalds back and ask for the manager, she comes to the phone I tell her they left out my nuggets and she tells me, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'll write your name down and you can come pick them up." So I fed my kids our sandwiches, and went to the mcdonalds the next day RECIEPT IN HAND and they basically mock me asking if I "walked out with a bag of nothing" accuse me of trying to get "twenty nuggets off them" and ultimately tell me that my name is not on any list., and let me add that my last name is very unusual and I had to spell it for the lady TWICE when she supposedly wrote it down, but they can't find or help me in any way.. and yes that was the daytime manager. I've called the McDonald's hotline and filed a complaint but so far there has been nothing so needless to say if you want to get the food you paid for, go to a different McDonald's, because the people here are incredible rude and...

Ordered breakfast for me and my family from here the other day. The experience left a LOT to be desired. I placed my order for in store take out as I hate waiting in line wasting my gas, I get there and both doors are locked. So I unfortunately have to get in line, almost got hit by a lady on her phone in a black suburban flying into the parking lot, then the worker tells me that they don't have coke zero(I've ordered coke zero here several times and no one has said anything so what have they been giving me?) anyway, I tell her to give me orange juice and she says it's extra( I mean yall have already inconvenienced me, you can't give me a orange juice?) it's not the amount it's the principle. I pay for the difference at the window and then advance to the pickup window, she hands me an orange juice and closes the window, a few seconds pass and she looks back at me confused, opens the window and says did you need something else? Yeah the food I paid for! So I ask for the manager at this point, and he is so NONCHALANT and UNBOTHERED that I just wasted 15-20 minutes in this line for an order that I almost didn't get, paid extra for orange juice, even though they've been giving me "coke zero" each time I've ordered it and he was just plain rude. After all this I get home and ALL my food is ICE COLD. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burritos I ordered. If people are wondering why McDonald's workers can't get $15 an hour, this is it right here. You don't make up your own rules, closing the lobby on your time, vs company time, treat customers bad, waste their time and give them cold food and expect...

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! If I could give negative stars, I would. Employees refused to take order at counter, kiosk only. So we did that. Took the number it makes you put in and sat down. They kept calling a number -3 times (different than the one you put on your table) and then I saw it was mine. I went up and got the bag even though we were dining in, they bagged it. I get to the table to realize that they left out majority of my order. I went back up and told the lady we were missing most of our order; nugget meal, mcchicken, mcdoubles and fries. She yelled "its in the bag!" I said no it's not. This repeated itself multiple times and I told her that she can come look, we do not have our complete order and I need my food. Then she went back to get the food order together and realized I was correct cause the cook told her where it was and had been sitting. So I get the rest of the order and I asked for sauces (multiple) there's 5 of us eating. She threw one Honey Mustard and one BBQ at me. I asked for more and she walked off. So I went back to the table, completely over her attitude. My husband went up there to get more sauces and only got one as well. So each one of us had to go ask for sauce because apparently you can only have one per order no matter the size. While we were eating, the chicken sandwiches were not prepared per customized order, my husband was given single burgers, and none of it was fresh. But we ate it. The employees were rude to other guests as well, and the place was nasty. Again, I do not recommend. This location should...
