I just called trying to place an order for pickup. I looked at the menu first so I could make sure I knew what I wanted and was interested in a veggie pizza and this salad but with grilled chicken instead. When I asked the woman taking my order if the grilled chicken salad had the same things like “eggs, cucumber, etc” she said none of their salads have eggs. I told her I just looked at the menu and it said eggs and she insisted I was looking at the wrong menu and I can’t get an egg on my salad(which I love on my salads). Aftwr hanging up the phone, I decided to double check the menu to make sure I’m not crazy and I’m not. Now I don’t even want to order from here ever. Smh.

On the Blvd in Northeast Philly. We got the Angela’s cheesesteak special. It had a lot of stuff, fried onions, green peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, mozzarella and sauce. The pepperoni added a lot of good flavor. Everything played very well together. We drove an hour with this cheesesteak and everything held up pretty well. Including the roll. The meat may have gotten a little lost in everything.

Interested in finding a new pizza joint and based on the reviews, this seemed like the place! Unfortunately, everything came burnt. My onion rings were so crispy they were barely edible. Also, my pizza ends were burnt while the rest of the crust was chewy, not crisp like others said. First and last time to order here.

I’m from San Diego but boy do I love me a good cheesesteak. My boyfriend travels for a living and, for all four years I’ve dated him, every time I order a cheesesteak he’s said “just wait until we visit Philadelphia.” Well, we visited Philadelphia this past week and he tells me we’re going to lunch. We drive to a parking lot of some pizza place... my first thought— DISAPPOINTMENT. “Why aren’t we getting cheesesteaks?” He said “just wait.” We walk in to the warmest family owned business. The owners are wonderful and kind hearted people. Talking to them was like talking to family. AND THEN THE CHEESESTEAK. Oh!!! Can i cry now? Why you ask? Because Lord Almighty, I’m back home in San Diego right now thinking about how far I have to travel to get another one. I’ve never had such an amazing cheesesteak in my life. SO GOOD. Every single bite was just flavorful deliciousness. I highly highly recommend! I tried Angela’s cheesesteak that day. The day we flew home (Tuesday), we picked up two more just to try out other options. I ate my sandwich yesterday (Wednesday) and it tasted as fresh as the first sandwich i had. My point... you won’t go wrong with any cheesesteak you choose. This place is hands down a MUST!

To the owners — Thanks again for the hospitality. You guys are the best. Best of luck to you. Surely we will see you...

We have been using this establishment since Angela owned it. We continued when her son took over, then when he sold to the previous owners

We ordered again today under the new owners and were totally disappointed.

We ordered 2 pizzas both well done. It actually said well done on my receipt. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told 1 was done the other would be another 4 or 5 minutes.

After about 7 minutes I inquired if they forgot about my order and the cashier said something to the pizza maker which I couldn't understand and then I watched him hurrying to make a pizza which looked like the pizza I ordered. I asked if the pizza that he just made was mine and was told no.

I watched as he keep checking on tge pizza then after about 4 minutes he pulled that same pizza out of tge oven and gave it to me.

I saud to the cashier and the pizza maker that I saw him make that pizza and he lied to me about it.

I called them liars and stated I would never come back again.

When I got home we had to cook both pizzas because neither one was done. The 2nd one was almost raw and the toppings were wrong.

Di yourself a favor and don't go to Angela's on...

I have gotten salads, pizza, fries everything from here for the last couple of years that I've worked in this plaza. I get a salad from there very often, as it is very convenient to where I work. I wanted to order a side salad, but they didn't have them anymore. They have a garden salad now for 8.50 which is the larger size salad. I figured that would be fine, as I can usually eat half of one and save the rest for the next day. Today, I ordered the garden salad with french dressing. I received my order and opened the bag. I was kind of confused that the amount of lettuce that was in the large container was maybe about as much as their side salad used to be, and I just paid $5 more for this salad. I know they changed owners, but I really hope the new owners realize that the reason many of their customers, including myself, come back regularly is because the value was on point, the food was always on point, and the service was great. But now it seems that they are trying to eek out $8.50 for a "large size" salad for the same amount of lettuce that I used to get for $3.50 in...
