Arby's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Update: The experience was not good but Arby's corporation stepped up and made it a bit better. :)

When ordering my meals in the drive thru everything was fine, the woman taking the order was nice.

When I got to the window I paid in cash. I was handed my 2 drinks and then a big bag and a little bag. The big bag seemed light for the sandwiches that were supposed to be in the bag so I asked, "is that everything?" And was told "Yes" so I left.

As we drove off I went to look through the bags and saw my sandwiches were missing. I only received my fries , drinks, and a cup of au jus for the missing French dip. I turned around immediately and waited in the drive thru again.

When it was my turn I told them what happened and was basically told there was no way I didn't get my sandwiches, only I didn't. My disabled father was with my and also verified we didn't get what we paid for.

Soon after we were back at the window, every worker in Arby's was at the window while the manager was completely disrespectful, uncooperative, and refusing to listen. I asked for my food or a refund and they said no and to "have a great day." I asked for their corporate number, which they wouldn't give me. I got the managers name, EJ, a rude woman with no customer service skills who should be out of a job. Lastly I asked for the store number.

I felt completely disrespected after having my money stolen. I immediately called Arby's and made a police report. I will never be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go either. I hope Arby's corporation fixes this situation. I am pregnant and my father is disabled and we didn't want or need this ordeal, all we wanted was our food that we paid for.

We are currently eating at friendly's since we didn't get our food at Arby's. Shame on store "6983". You...

My family and I went to Arby's located outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall on 8/19/24 and enjoyed everything. No crowd inside. Quick and efficient service. Not a long wait for food preparation and it was neat, hot and good. Previously, only had milkshakes from Arby's. This time ordered Greek Gyro (Lamb Meat), Bourbon BBQ beef brisket sandwich and Chicken Sandwich #6 on menu with crinkle fries, curly fries, Strawberry Milkshakes and 2 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. Everything was very good. I forgot to take pics because we enjoyed the meal so much. My family voted curly fry better than crinkle fries. Nothing was overly seasoned. Milkshakes are always thick. The cookies were about $2.15 and they are huge. Only needed one but ordered 2 thinking it would be smaller. Well worth the $ per my son who ordered it and only ate 1 thus far. FOOD HERE IS ALWAYS GOOD I GO HERE ON A VERY REGULAR BASIS LOVE THERE NEW PRIME RIB CHEESESTEAK CLASSIC AND THE ROOTBEER FLOAT & THE LOADED FIRES ARE VERY GOOD TOO MMM HOWEVER I WISH THIS LOCATION COULD BE LIKE THE OXFORD VALLEY LOCATIONS BECAUSE THEY OFFER SOME REALLY GOOD STRAIGHT FIRES THERE I THINK ALL THE LOCATIONS SHOULD OFFER THEM BUT I GUESS YOU CAN'T HAVE IT ALL I BEEN GOIN HERE FOR 3 YEARS NOW SO WHEN THE STORE WAS OPEN FOR INDOOR DINNING IT WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS USUALLY NICE NOW THAT THEY ARE DRIVE- THRU ONLY THE WAIT IS A LOT LONGER CUZ THEY ARE USUALLY BUSY AROUND DINNER TIME AND SOME TIMES THEY MESS UP MY ORDER BUT THEY ARE OK 8 OUT OF 10 TIMES I GUESS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD HERE DEFINITELY GIVE IT A TRY MY RARE 5 STARS IS BASED ON THE...
