Barrel's Fine Food — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So my gf just moved to this area of s.philly,I'm from s. Jersey. Was looking for some south philly Italian takeout,i mean this is what philly is known for right? Ordered chicken Florentine meal 21.00 and change. Got home opened up what looked like a lean cruisine meal, 3 part plastic tray with 2 tiny portions of pasta with what tasted like canned red gravy,did I say chicken Florentine? Red gravy on pasta? Never had it like that. Chicken was 2 small pieces that was dry and a round roll that obviously wasn't fresh. Not to use names but any Italian restaurant in s.jersey that charges 21 - 24 dollars for a meal you'll have leftovers for 2 days and usually the pasta and chicken are combined in the garlic lemon sauce and everything marinates all together. We ordered Gnocchi Alfredo for takeout and while the food tasted very good they should be ashamed of their portion size. We paid for a full dinner portion size (one entree) and the gnocchi and sauce only filled up less than half of the take out container. We are not joking! That was $23. Prior to that we ordered a pint size portion for $8.50 and were given not even a half pint at best. I would have been embarrassed to do that to a customer. That's why we ordered up a bigger size, thinking maybe they just made a mistake. Nope. They skimped on portion again so much we knew it was their intention. This place is a Total Disgrace!!!! I ordered my food at 630pm I waited a hour no food so I called, The lady said the food didn’t leave yet, no problem they were busy so another 30mins goes by I call again she said the food has left, another 30mins goes by STILL NO FOOD! TWO HOURS later! I call one more time, hey any idea where my food is? They say it’s on the way STILL! After about 20mins after hanging up for the THIRD time! I finally call back and just cancel the order, I waited TWO HOURS AND TWENTY mins and didn’t get my food, I don’t know how you can run a bussiness like that. I’ll never order from here again.
