Birria City — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Soooo I ordered the ("City Birria Pizza")- $26.75,yes I said $26.75 this place prices are high! But I'll let you be the judge of that. now I have had plenty of these wonderful pizza's but this one wasn't it at all. Upon receiving my food I thought I was given the wrong thing because the size of the box especially for $26.75!. And sure enough this thing is like have a personal pizza made for you plus the size it's not worth it. I could get more out of ordering a party box that come with pizza, pasta and wings then this.The consume is had no chunks of meat at all it was very soupy as if it's water down barely flavor at all!. Same goes for the birria pizza felt like I was eating a quesadilla it was very thin and light not thick or heavy. plus the meat didn't have any flavor tasted like it was water down.. I wouldn't recommend at all maybe something else but I'm Abit disappointed for this being my first time trying this location.Now the image I'm putting in here will show the difference from another place that's...

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I had a terrible experience with Birria City. I placed an order and waited over an hour while the status showed it was still “being prepared.” There were no updates, no communication, and absolutely no sense of urgency. When I finally got in touch with the delivery person, I was told the delay was on the store’s end.

To make things worse, I had to cancel the order due to the unreasonable wait, and I never received a full refund. When I contacted customer support, I was told they wouldn’t process my refund because the order was technically accepted by the merchant—completely ignoring the fact that it was never fulfilled in a timely manner.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from Birria City again, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you expect basic customer service, timely preparation, or...

I order from this place on door dash all the time. It's always very delicious and the high ratings on the other platforms are well deserved. I don't know why it's low on google perhaps because of the haters but I love this food and I will be going to Mexico for vacation that's how good it is and I'm not even Mexican, I will be practicing my Spanish as well but yes very great food and always hits the mark every time. I ordered like 100 bucks worth and it was worth ever cent. I recommend buffalo chicken quesadillas,the birria, and the churros...I also got a Jarritos which is the best soda made in Mexico...def better then any other soda. Everything good and even the cheese fries I didn't expect to be good, none of that artificial potatoes crap it's the real deal and very good. Yum yum gracias...
