This place has some wildly unexpected good food. One of the places I ordered from called me to appreciate me being one of their very first customers today so I got to ask the questions y’all have…. All those names are actually different restaurants owned by different people. And the Wingstop and Jersey Mikes are the same owners as their other Philly stores. They each own their own private kitchen spaces in this building to cook. It is primarily delivery so the drivers crowds the lobby all the time and cause a mess sometimes. Don’t expect coming here to get the restaurant walk in customer service experience. It’s just a lobby for take out. Pretty straightforward to me. I just order my food, wait for the text that tells me it’s ready and head over next door to pick up. Nothing bothers me. They do get real busy in the evening though so the food can sometimes take 30-40 mins unfortunately. The places I tried so far that are really good was Lale Halal, Bubbakoos, Pho Mi, Thai Yani, Koko Hibachi, Birria City, and Empanada Mama. There was a place here that sells BBQ before, sad that they seem to be closed for good.

I come here alot. The place has really gotten disgusting. They have an outdoor trashcan for trash from the delivery drivers and it has been overflowing for days. No one empties the trash. Also they have been out of soap in their community bathroom for drivers for days. No one replaces it or properly stocks the bathroom with tp or pt. Also the toilet, area around the toilet and sink and floor is absolutely disgusting in that bathroom. They have a sign hiring for janitorial service for weeks. Guess they never found anybody. Unacceptable. If no one can do it then the manager of the building should do it you know you can hire a mobile service to come here once every 3 days. That would be 10 times better than the filth that's in here currently. Even though you should do it at least once a day. Please fix your filth asap and consistently. Also there is a family here working at night putting orders in the lockers now and all they really do is sit down between grabbing orders. They could at least stock the soap and tissue properly if they can't clean.

Excessive trash and food scrap on street in front of University City Fair Food Co generated from employees and delivery workers. Employees and delivery workers have been witnessed illegally dumping on street daily. Business provides inadequate trash receptacles for employees and delivery workers and makes no effort to clean up trash generated by business. Please install adequate trash receptacles outside of your business. This has been a years long problem with no attempt at a solution. Please see 311 illegal dumping reports for documentation of chronic littering problem generated from this business.

For about a week now they've only had 1 working pickup check in tablet. While I was here this visit it froze and caused a line backup of 20 people. You should be more like the Girard Ave location where they always have 3 working tablets. A huge inconvenience for a place that is supposed to have quick easy locker pickup. Fix your tablets ASAP! Also the one working tablet that froze misses phone scan of the orders 90% of the time now requiring a manual search which slows the line for checking your order even more. So really you need 3 new tablets. Or maybe the one working one just needs the camera lense cleaned? If that is the case then do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm honestly surprised all the individual restaurant tenants haven't complained to you yet as this only hinders and slows service. Colder food slower deliveries more mistakes.

Update: Thank you for the response. I have updated my review to three stars. I'm sorry that the tablet gets stolen and that that would be an issue with that location there. I did notice that you've never had a tablet on that mount by the pickup window to the right. But then I noticed one was added a week or two ago. That mount looks less secure That's probably why it's sadly got stolen. You should try and get the same amount that you're using on the wall for the third tablet over there if you wanted to. Also I mean a third tablet isn't 100% necessary. You just need at least two working ones that would help. But there were two on the wall. The one on the left was just off. I want to say the battery died. Because I noticed that one was missing for a while. But those chargers are using for the both of the ones on the walls look old and dirty. Honestly I would check the charger then if you say the tablet's good. What I would do is replace both chargers for brand new for the ones on the wall and take apart that amount to properly clean that lens of that tableau on the right so it can scan again properly. And then you're totally good to go. And then maybe look into getting a third mount install differently for a future third tablet that's just like the other two tablets. Or look into a different kind of mount that locks it in there good so is less chance of stealing for all three of them. But good luck with your struggle it's just that operationally it's not good at all with one tablet that can't scan and everyone's taking 30 seconds at the tablet. Because some people have three orders and you have to scan it and the scan fails and that takes seconds and then you have to type in the order which some people are slower than others and you got to put your phone number in It takes a while. But thank you for responding and please fix all the issues as soon...

This is not a food court. This is an industrial warehouse of restaurants that primarily offer food delivery services and just so happen to have a few kiosks that locals can order on. It is like going to a corporate office. There are delivery drivers everywhere. There is no customer service, just a counter where the food delivery services are handled. It's like going to Atlantic City. Very tacky. Very overstimulating. Bad lighting and cramped inside. It takes a long time to get your order, and there is no one to talk to because all of the restaurants are caged away elsewhere in the building. It's giving prison cell. The workers are great. They are doing their jobs, and I have no complaints about them. The business model, however, is horrific. I do not care how good the food is. The experience is HORRIBLE. Stick with Uber Eats at this place because it is a grotesque madhouse in person. I am local. It makes no sense for me to get food delivery, so I guess I just won't be eating at any of these restaurants. The way that technology is used these days is ruining the fabric of our communities. I am wholly disappointed that I can't just walk in this place and see and talk to the people who are making my food. This place is a tangible example of why so many people these days are depressed and anxious!!

UPDATE I ordered take out. So, no, I did not expect full service. You're in charge of the business model. Why would you contact the restaurant owners about that? I want to support them. You're the ones making it inaccessible. I kindly suggest dividing the pick up area --1 for local orders and 1 for delivery services. Having us co-mingled in the front is chaotic AF. It's also disrespectful to the drivers. They are busy, and just us being there is interrupting their processes and workflow. Again, that's a logistics and operations issue, that's not an individual...

This was my 1st time going to city fair CO. I placed my order at approximately 12:27am with an estimated time for preparation at 12:58am and at 1:35am I was still waiting.... I eventually just went in to get a refund and the young lady who was working told me that she couldn't do it. She said she texted her manager and did not have access to the cooks upstairs.....ultimately I was told she could take down my number and have her manager call me in the morning. I told her that that would not suffice and that I was not leaving until I had confirmation of a canceled order and a refund. She then proceeds to give me the number to the restaurant that I ordered from. When I called he said that he could have my order ready for me in 2 minutes. I told him that I would just rather cancel. He then proceeds to say that he was going to come down and talk to the young lady. Which, proves that she lied because basically what she told me was that she did not have access to the people cooking the food. After another 20 minute or so they come down with my food. I told them I did not want it and that I wanted a refund. She proceeds to tell me again that she cannot issue a refund and that she can take my number and have her manager call me in the morning. I had to take the food or go to jail. Long story short this is the worst place I've ever been in, with the worst customer service and I will not be returning ever again. If I could give it less than one store I would. What type of place has no manager to talk to. What type of place does not teach their employees how to give refunds. And what type of place has you waiting an hour for something that takes 20 minutes...
