I ordered from Empanada Mama on DoorDash and tried 4 different flavors—here’s my honest take:

Viagra: Even though it’s super popular, it was my least favorite. It was packed but felt kinda dry. 3.5/5 Cheesesteak: My favorite of the bunch—super cheesy and the meat was nicely seasoned. 5/5 Spicy Chicken: Tasted really good but not as spicy as I expected. 4.5/5 El Jefe: A bit soggy but still tasty. 4/5 I also got the avocado salad—it was alright, but the avocado tasted a little off. 4/5

The empanadas here are fantastic! So many options, very reasonably priced. I’ve come back 3 times in 10 days and I’m not ashamed lol. So far the Shredded Chicken and the Viagra in wheat flour are my faves! The corn flour is definitely delish (if you prefer or are into corn flour tortillas) but definitely recommend trying out a variety. The portobello/corn flour gives vegetarian cheesesteak vibes.
