This review has been long overdue. Blitz Catering did a fabulous job for my husbands dads repast at the beginning of this year. I’m so sorry for the delay, but better late than never and I just was reminded because one of my family members just text to ask your name and she really enjoyed the food !! That jogged my memory that I never completed your review. Food was absolutely delicious, beautiful set up, provided serving and clean up! She even brought her speaker and played nice background music!! It was well worth the cost. Owner was super sweet, professional, provided great customer service and made things easier for us since we were setting up from out of state. Blitz Soul Food catering is simply the best. I live in Orlando and was planning the Celebration of Life services for my brother in Philadelphia. I had never done this before and trying to manage my grief and coordinate all the moving parts was challenging. After reading the reviews, I called Blitz and spoke to Yvonne. She was so caring and gave me excellent advice on food selection and quantities for the number of attendees. On the day of the service, the food arrived on time and was fresh from the kitchen. I had a Retirement Celebration at work. I requested the 6 for 600 deal. Mac n cheese, Fried fish, baked chicken, beef meatballs, Pasta salad, string beans with potatoes. Compliments poured forth...People wanted to know who the caterer was. Food was greatly seasoned..how do I know? No one , even those picky eaters or those with dietary issues, complained. I purposely went ro those that I knew couldn't eat from all the dishes ..They were satisfied and pleased with their selections. I will definitely use their services again!
