I'm only giving a 3 due to waiting for about 2 hours. I made an online order at 6:28 PM and it arrived at 8:46 PM. I have been a normal customer with Accu for some time now. I can say I tip pretty good between $5-$10. I did not like the fact that when I first called at 7:44 PM inquiring about my order. Without knowing my orders info, I was immediately told my order would be out and the lady hung up. I called back to inquire about my order again and inform them that I got a email stating that my order had to be approved by a manager. Which could have been solved during the first call. It's understanding that as a business your busy serving everyone but be sure that your communication with your customers is understood. No customer should receive the response, "your order will be on its way" (then hang up) when in fact the customer is getting a message stating differently and at the time its been more than an hour. It's okay to check for them to make sure their order is ACTUALLY coming. And some of the drivers, not all but some need better attitudes. Not saying you gotta be jolly but I also work with people also. So I see it from both sides. The delivery driver I had today was cool.
Aside from that, my favorite food from here is the buffalo chicken pizza or buffalo wings. My kids loves the beef pepperoni pizza. And my husband loves the chicken ceasar salad. If we could rate this place on the food only it would be a 7/10. Oh yeah, we always enjoy their milkshakes. This was our last order sadly. We wish you guys...
Read moreI usually have No problems with Accu but I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad paid for extra boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers to be added when I got my salad it was all lettuce none of the extras I ordered, barely any chicken and a bunch of croutons.... I called right away spoke to a guy claim to be manager named Hunter I explained I was in the hospital he wanted my elderly mother to bring it back I explained why should she couldn't. He promised I would get a call that evening or early morning next day.... Nothing but crickets I called five days later got Hunter again he said I don't know how to handle this quoted my address and said you'll get a free two liter on your next order Thank you goodbye and hung up on me.... He was rude Never once did he at least take accountability for their mistake and NO APOLOGY AT ALL!!!! We are customers and without us they would make NO money they don't have to worry about me and my family ANYMORE we can go elsewhere I'm sure my lil couple dollars means NOTHING to them but it's Everything to us good luck in the future because all the money we've spent there I'm sure we put a few kids through...
Read moreMy family has been ordering here for years, I love the pizza but since changing management the pizza has had too much cheese for my liking. I know you’re thinking order light cheese but it’s not that simple, they must not have an option for that because it’s never on the ticket and they never do it no matter how adamant I am about it. I say “use half the cheese you use regularly” or “very light cheese” or “just enough cheese to lightly cover the pizza” and they absolutely never ever do it. So this time (the 5th time) I decided to send it back. I hate to be that guy but my goodness this is crazy. The wings are cooked soft but they are good, you gotta ask for well done. The fries are good too, they never give extra pepper or extra ketchup either. Accu is a great establishment but you have to go inside to get a correct order.
**Edit I lowered the rating to 2 stars My 6th time they didn’t put light cheese. They apologized and offered to remake it but I didn’t feel like waiting and returned the whole order.
