Brother's pizza House II — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them 8:30pm for a turkey club with side of fries and chicken Cesar wrap with sides of fries. Told them we would be paying with card and they told us they would bring the machine to slide the card. Me and my boyfriend waited an hour before I called to check on the food. They said it should be on the way. The driver finally arrived and explained he didn't have the machine and to give the card # to them (never do this as you can not be sure the driver will actually be honest with the use of your credit card number) We had to call the store so they could enter the card into the system. The driver leaves and we open the bag and discover a steak sandwich instead of what we ordered....We called the driver back who said they had to go back to the store to get our order. We called the store to let them know of the mistake. It's been 2 hours at this point the driver returns but not with our order but to pick up the steak sandwich....(The house was 5 mins from the store and the orders were sandwiches... how complicated is that?) We called the store again asking for our food and compensation for the absurd wait time and errors. They offered us a measly 2 liter pepsi. 30 -40 more mins go by. My boyfriend calls them again. And the owner or manager on duty caught an attitude and said: "How many times you going to call?" In a very rude tone. Our answer was to have the order cancelled. We ended up going to Wendy's instead. (Never ever order from them. If this is pizza house two lets make sure they do not...

I'm warning you people do not eat at this restaurant they do not use gloves when preparing food I was there today ordering me a meal. I witness with my own eyes a girl preparing for pieces with no covering on the counter no gloves on her hand she was text messaging back and forth with someone at the same time cutting sausages. A customer came in order a soda and a pizza she went and took his order using the touch screen to places border with her hands that she was wiping off before taking the order on her pants. The man gave her cash money and she gave him change which was coins and she went back to cutting the sausages again without gloves or washing her hands. I said to the manager there why would you allow an employee to prepare food on the counter that don't look like it's been wiped down at all that's just my opinion to take orders from a customer handling dirty currency and returning to cutting the same sausages that he came and took two handfuls of sausages and added on to a pizza that he said was for her for her whole meal if that was the case that's something that should have been done at home or in the back of the business not out in front because a customer is not sure who she preparing that a meal for, as far as I'm concerned it will prepare that pizza for a customer warning do not eat from this establishment you can wind up possibly sick in the hospital or even death because of the situation we have at hand now dealing...

I visited this brother's Pizza House number 2 and what I saw I just couldn't believe, I saw the cashier at the counter cutting up kaboski sausages on a plain counter with nothing covering it then she grabbed her phone and was texting someone slid the phone back started cutting the sausages again. Then a customer comes in the store to order a can soda and a pizza she went to the touch screen board to put in his order after she wiped her hands on her pants then she took his paper money gave him back some coins that's his change. While .she's giving him his change the manager comes over and pick up two handful of those sausages off that counter that don't look like it was wipe clean at all took it over and added those sausages to some pizza that he was making I said to him why is this girl with no gloves on handling meat touching her cell phone retrieving cash money from a customer returning his change to him going back to the sausages that you just put on the pizza, I said that's not sanitary he's going to tell me that's her personal stuff, if that's her personal stuff it should be done at home or somewhere in the back of the business not in the front for customers to see, how the hell would a customer know that's her personal? far as I'm concerned that's the food that you're serving the customers if anyone is familiar with this location at rising Sun and Roosevelt boulevard I will not eat anything out...
