Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This establishment is a pure waste of time and money. Been here at least 3 times and the service is so horrendous and the food is even worse. They seat you but it takes a server at least 15-20 minutes to come to your table to take your order. The wait for the food? More than 30 minutes even up to an hour! Guess they’re so busy burning my food in the kitchen. They just added a $19.99 pick 6 deal so I wanted to give this place a try again. Came with some friends and we got 2 of the $19.99 deal and ordered 3 entrees of wings with 2 fries, 1 tot, and 1 burger with wedges along with celery and carrots. The food came out 20 minutes later which was a lot quicker than the last few times that I’ve been here. Celery and carrots were missing. Wings were not even warm and EXTREMELY dry even with the wet seasoning. Asked for extra wet and they somehow came out even more dry! Also asked for sauces on the side and the server forgot and we asked again. Got the wrong sauces, asked AGAIN, finally got a half cup of sauce. Burger was soggy and falling apart on the tray. Fries were limp and cold. Wedges were burnt to a crisp. You would think that they’re busy with all these mistakes. No, there were only 5 other tables in there and they all looked distraught. Should have taken that as a sign and left! Man, the night couldn’t get any worse but I was wrong. Waited for the server for around 15 minutes for the check and sure, the server was nice this time but how did our order of 2 $19.99 deals come out to $84??? Had to ask her to check again and she brought it down to $54 and the math is not mathing?? She tried to justify it but eventually fixed it in the end and came out to $43. By far, it is the worst location I've ever been at. Their service is horrendous and extremely slow. We didn't get our drinks until 20 minutes late. Our food took over an hour after that. I didn't get my cocktail from the bar until we were almost done with our meal. I ordered it when we ordered the sodas! I thought she was taking it off the order at that point, and then she swooped in at the last minute with the drink.

The server blamed the kitchen, and yet the other table who sat down after us got their food before us, so I'm thinking the server didn't put our orders in. Also, the kitchen doesn't botch the drinks. The server gets those. It wasn't even crowded. There were many empty tables. There were several small issues with our orders as well, but we had a terrible time flagging down our waitress.

My brother NEVER complains and he lost it this time, he insisted we get up and walk out when our food hadn't come by a certain point, but we were starving and expected it to be out at any minute, and convinced him to stay. It was a terrible decision, we should have left. The food wasn't even worth the wait.
