Review for Chick-fil-A – Grant Avenue Location
I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with high standards, professionalism, and cleanliness, but my visit to the Grant Avenue location left me completely disappointed and honestly disgusted.
From the moment I placed my order, the experience felt rushed and careless. The woman assisting me was wearing a blue shirt, which I assume indicates a leadership or elevated position. However, instead of listening, she repeatedly over-talked me, causing confusion and forcing me to repeat myself unnecessarily. Basic customer service was already lacking—but what followed was far worse.
While preparing my lemonade, she stood waiting at the dispenser and began rubbing her nose and nose ring with her bare hands. This was immediately after handling my money. Without washing or sanitizing her hands, she used that same hand to press the lid onto my lemonade. I don’t know about anyone else, but I prefer my lemonade without skin cells and nose grease.
This is not a small oversight—this is a serious violation of basic hygiene.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I’ve seen questionable practices at this location. On a previous visit, I watched an employee retrieve ice with a blue scoop, then place that scoop back into the compartment after having their hand in their pocket. I also saw fallen ice cubes from the counter tossed back into the main bin instead of being discarded. That’s exactly why I no longer request ice at Chick-fil-A.
There must be a clear separation between handling money, interacting with the public, and touching food and drink items. These are fundamental food safety rules, not optional guidelines.
I’m sharing this because I truly hope management takes action. Chick-fil-A’s reputation is built on quality and care—what I witnessed at this location fell far below...
Read moreSo this is my local Chick Fil a and I am in this place about once to twice a week because they normally have great service, friendly staff and fast but good food. Well after my encounter with June, I can no longer say that. My cashier was a very nice young man and I was redeeming my earned points to get an item. So the scanner was not scanning my phone so he called over the manager June and was going to ask for help. As he started explaining she just cut him off and looked at me and said very rudely and unprofessionally, “FREE IS FREE”. It was confusing but she said it twice so I said to her I’m not getting anything for free I’m redeeming points. She then turned to him and said, if she had points it will scan. She never tried to assist she just was saying some rude and unnecessary things. It was jam packed and I didn’t want to cause a scene so I and the cashier tried the scanner again as she is just frowning her face and saying stupid stuff and it finally scanned. I waited for my food and yes , I was heated because I was trying to figure out what she was implying and in front of a crowded restaurant. But I left and called the store and sent an email to corporate. They told me that they apologize for my experience and they will forward this complaint to the store. June is not a good fit for this place because everyone there is friendly and respectful. I also left an voicemail about June but she was the manager on duty so I’m sure she’ll delete it. I will restrain from going back because I do not spend my money where I’m not respected, but I hope that someone looks into this and June. The cashier can vouch for what I said because he called her over and was there...

I’ve been a regular at Chick-fil-A for quite some time now, visiting a few times a week, and I have to say, it’s one of my go-to spots for a quick bite that doesn’t compromise on taste or health. One of the standout features of their menu is the selection of healthy options, which I truly appreciate.
First off, the Kale Crunch Salad is a delightful addition to any meal. It’s refreshing, crunchy, and packed with flavor—perfect for those looking for something light yet satisfying. I also love their Granola Parfait; it’s a delicious way to start the day or even as a guilt-free snack. Both of these choices make it easy to enjoy my meals without feeling like I’m overindulging.
And let’s not overlook the lemonade! It’s a classic that pairs perfectly with just about anything on the menu. The balance of sweet and tart is refreshing, and it’s hard to resist getting a cup every time I visit.
While I truly enjoy the food and the healthy options they offer at a reasonable price, I do have some feedback about the service at this particular Chick-fil-A. The staff are clearly busy and juggling a million tasks at once, which is understandable given the high volume of customers. However, I sometimes feel that the attention to individual customers can be lacking. Orders come out quickly, which is great, but it often feels like they’re more focused on the next order rather than ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience.
Overall, I love Chick-fil-A for its delicious food and healthy options, but I hope they can find a way to balance their efficiency with a bit more customer attentiveness. Despite that, I’ll definitely continue to...
