During my recent visit to LongHorn, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by our waitress. Throughout the entire dining experience, it was evident that she neither greeted us warmly nor made an effort to provide attentive service. Her attitude was quite off-putting, as she rarely smiled and seemed disinterested in ensuring our satisfaction. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were met with a cold reception. Our waitress did not greet us with the usual warmth one would expect when entering a dining establishment. Instead, she seemed preoccupied and made no effort to make us feel welcome or comfortable. Throughout the meal, it became increasingly apparent that our waitress was not invested in providing quality service. She rarely checked on our table, leaving us waiting for extended periods without offering any explanation or apology. When she did approach our table, her demeanor was indifferent at best, and it felt as if we were an inconvenience to her. What struck me most was the lack of a smile on her face. A smile can go a long way in making customers feel appreciated and valued. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed to have forgotten this fundamental aspect of customer service. Her lack of a positive attitude created a negative atmosphere, and it affected our overall dining experience. As customers, we expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking on this occasion. While the food at LongHorn may have been enjoyable, the lackluster service overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit.
In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at LongHorn was marred by unprofessional service from our waitress. Her lack of a warm greeting, absence of a smile, and indifferent attitude created a negative impression that overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and addresses these issues to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for...
Read moreI been going to longhorn for several years and i never seen or experienced anything like I experienced on my last two visits. The only reason I came back was because the bartenders as well as the take out person were awesome. Erica, Ashley and Mel, Thank you all for being so kind and showing great customer service, keep up the good work. I went to longhorns two weeks ago order the wings and wild wild west shrimp, omg the wings were so salty i couldn't even it them. They were sent back but while sitting at bar I notice a man sitting on the side in the bar area who I assumed was a customer. He was talking to someone in the kitchen but they were loud and talking from distance. I later realized he was the manager Neal when they srarted to mock me about my chicken being salty. I thought to myself wow I know he can't work here, but nether the less he went behind the bar but never came to me at all which was weird. I thought managers were suppose to comento the customer when food is returned. Well I wasn't going to go back to that longhorn, but I thought about Erica who always have showed me the excellent customer service, so I went back yesterday and got the salmon when I walked in and I seen Neal sitting in the bar area again I thought to myself I never seen a managers sit so much and he doesn't even greet the customers at the bar...smh when my salmon came out it was so small it look like fish sticks smh I took a picture of it because I couldn't believe it. It was sent back and they added another piece to it, but once again no manager came to assist me. I am very big on customer service and again I never experienced anything like this if t wasn't for Erica and Ashley I would not have came back. Neal obviously doesn't care about the customer and he definitely don't like his job. I will only be going back for drinks and again only because of Erica and Ashley. Please please please do something about Neal maybe some training in customer service or just how...
Read moreVery very disappointed we have been loyal customers that have been coming here for quite some years, had pretty big dinner parties here and birthday parties as well. Today my husband and I went to grab lunch and I forgot my iPhone on the table. Right away literally after a minute we left we noticed my phone was gone. Right away we did find my iphone and we noticed that my phone locations were turned off. Right away we called Longhorn steakhouse and they told me they have my phone. Right away my location services get turned back on my phone. Then I come in and get my phone, One person says he's going to get the phone and someone else comes out with my phone. I was very concerned that my location services are turned off and turned on after I called. I did mention this to the manager. Still very concerned on my way home I called again and explain the situation again to the manager he started accusing me that no one did that in our store but technology doesn't lie, my location services were turned off and turned on. Also my husband called the phone multiple times and the manager said there were no phone calls, I literally have proof of the missed phone calls! The manager was being very rude and inconsiderate. Wasn't concern at all that maybe somebody was trying to steal my phone. On top of that our waiter was very very sloppy spilled my drink didn't bother getting me a new one just filled my cup with what he spilled also he was dropping change with the table next to us. We didn't complain at all but we got the stares from the other customers as well. The manager got super defensive and was saying no one could do that here but I seen what happened in front of my eyes and I know what happened, my location services are turned off and then turn back on! Please do not come here if you don't want your iteas being stolen! Yes I got my phone back in time but very poor customer service, the food is good but go to a...
