Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Steak & fries were good. The cashier on the other hand was atrocious. Her attitude was horrendous! She was miserable the moment we got to the counter. I spoke very clear and yes i understand its in a mall but i was loud enough for her to hear me, she made me repeat myself with every item i ordered. I then went to pay my bill, it was 17.90 i handed her 20.90 and the cashier then proceeded continue her nasty attitude and argue that i didnt. I just walked away at that point. Im sorry i work with the public, at Wawa to be exact, i get it can be stressful! But thays no excuse to treat someone that way. I deal with ignorance on a daily basis but i have to suck it up. I know for a fact in customer service this behavior is not tolerated. Hopefully she figures it out sooner then later. Oh and the ketchup dispenser was shooting ketchup in 3 different directions and coming out of the top. I know stuff can get crazy and the last thing that your thinking about is the ketchup thing but with people coming over to use it after knowing it was broken could have just threw a piece of paper over it saying out of order because it was just making a huge mess. They dont have to clean it up so...

I just have to say I love Charley’s first time having it was at the Gallery downtown! The food was delicious.Today I experienced something I don’t ever want to experience again an employee at the restaurant high as ever couldn’t keep his eyes open while cooking food. I visited the establishment at 4:30pm the gentleman at the register Jamal kept rushing me as I was ordering. They were not busy and the establishment looked like they had not cleaned up wiped the outside counters or stocked things like cups, napkins, salt and pepper I don’t think I’ll visit this...

Recently ordered 4 chicken phillys, had a very weird flavor. Tasted like a bittar smoky barbecue flavor, i decided to go ask the workers that made it why it was like this?? I told them it had to be the chicken, they decided to say "no it cant be the chicken no way!
