Sbarro — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The small suprevisor/manager Mohammad, was very rude to me as well as his employee directly in front of me. While I was standing there he was yelling at his employees in a very nasty way. His attitude altogether makes this a very unpleasant place to experience lunch. The other manager, the general manager is very nice on the other hand, even offers a free drink everytime I come there. However Mohammad is a very nasty person, he should not be handling orders. If the manager above him gave me a pass to get free drinks everytime I come there, and he so specifically stated in his own words, then I don't see what the...

They are the worse. They never have any stuffed pizza. I called before I came up and the phone rang no less than 15 times. I had to call 4 times for someone to pick up.

Then they hung up on me. I called back for the 5th time and the man who answered the phone said they have everything including pepperoni and sausage stuffed pizza.

I specifically asked him 2x. He said yes yes you come in.

I get there and NO stuffed any type of pizza.

I'd give them no stars if I could. They need to close. They never have any food and their prices...

I'm only giving them one star because I have to to review them. Food is awful no flavor what so ever. Only one employee in the front slow service the rice was so hard and my husband changed it for ziti which was so bland. The employee said there was no more fresh rice and when we were paying cook from the back brought fresh one and the employee got mad because he said there was no more ( made him look bad).
