Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Extremely disappointed. First of all the staff behave like they own the store, sometimes you get there at 9:45pm and they will refuse to let you in saying the store is closed. Well it says they close at 10pm so I should stull be able to get my food at 9:45pm. Besides that one time I found hair in my food and the second time plastic. Sometimes they will tell you they are out of vegetables.. how is that possible? Refuse to cut vegetables or are they out of stock? I don’t think so. Also the portion you get depends on people’s mood. This is a bit too much. I called customer service plenty of time to complain but it doesn’t get far. I don’t usually report staff but if I am doing it now it means I’m through it honestly. I wrote this review about a year ago and I came back to edit it. I decided to give this chipotle another chance because it is closer to my house. The portions remain trash, the server was about to put some meat in my bowl then decided to reduce the portion she already pulled out. How is that fair or professional? You already pull it out just give it to the client. It is really ridiculous and this is the last time I buy...

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Within the past month, I have visited 7 different chipotles in this area as well as the DC area, and this one is by far the worst. The portion sizes are terrible, the rice is bland (definitely not enough citrus juice), the black beans are usually undercooked (they're hard), and the lettuce cut sizes are huge. Each time I order a burrito, there is a huge hole in it and I have to re-roll the burrito myself. The throughput here is slow; one time I waited 23 minutes to get my bowl and I was only the eleventh person in line. I have never once felt that the employees here were welcoming nor hospitable, and I feel that they could cheer up their attitudes. It is also usually very messy in the dining area; broken chips, empty portion cups, and spilled salsa/bowls on the ground. The food is not only bland, but usually only lukewarm as well. I just went to this location and had horrible customer service. They were making a fresh mix of the peppers and onions I specifically asked not to get the old mix and the young lady says to me with an attitude well I'm going to mix it anyway so. And turns around and dumps the old mix in with the new completly disregarding my request. Then I asked to speak with the manager and he was assisting with the long line so I patiently waited and once the line was down instead of talking to me he decides to talk to his friends who are sitting at the table. I guess this is what you can expect from young adults these days but there is a thing called manners and you should be able to provide some type of good customer service when you work in this type of industry.
