CAVA — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The new managers suck. I come here every week since im a student. I just went for the first time since summer break started and honestly everything feels different. First off, i come in and the manager on shift melina is taking my order, then another worker, white puerto rican came in, he got her and she stepped to the side with him to flirt and giggle, keep in mind SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING MY FOOD, i couldn't believe it and if it wasn't for my free entree coupon, i would have walked out. Now i know to not order when i see her or him on the line. Don't waste your time, chipotle's next door. surprised I'm only the second review on this but they are still SCAMMING. The Manager still asks for you to cashapp him the money instead of paying through the register. New Management, yet this place only offers good food. Everything else is a mess. when i got to the check out, i payed with cash and the manager Luis had me pass it to him discreetly. I felt uncomfortable, but i decided to pay, he then put the money under the register and didn't put my order in the system, which is suspicious . He also made some food for other people and didnt wear a hair net which is concerning since he has loose curly hair. I tried contacting the GM but I can't get in contact with them

The food is amazing and very flavorful I love all the different options they have available. So many different ways you can make and customize your bowl. The portions are very generous that your most likely gonna be able to save some for later. The service is awesome Marco welcomed me with great positive energy. He was very nice enough to pour me every sauce they had on the menu just to let me be able to make my bowl exactly how I want it in the future. The style of the restaurant is very clean and pleasant.
