5/18/21 I drove 40 minutes to the only Cosí yesterday that isn't closed near me. I was craving so wanted to treat myself. It was the: 3500 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Location. There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this location. It is a bit difficult to find as it is located on the first floor of this huge building alllll the way to the back (follow the signs for the cafeteria/Cafè past all the tables). I am so disappointed. My order was all wrong and not made the quality way I used to remember Cosí as. I ordered online and arrived right at the close time. The older guy working was rude and impatient with me as I had tried calling the number listed on Google 4x to tell them no cheese on my salad as I am vegan and allergic but apparently they don't have a phone. Which needs to change. Luckily, the younger guy agreed to make me a new one. I felt I got ripped off though because it was 70% leaves and cranberries and not tossed well. I found a stem in my salad as well. The fresh basil is what makes the Mediterranean sandwich so good and there was NO basil! The workers did not seem to care about quality. One would think that the few locations left open would do a better job and shining example of Cosí. They also forgot one of my sides of bread and also all the bread was WHITE when I ordered multigrain. It was disheartening to say the least. Is Cosí leaving us for good? Is there any way for this to be addressed? I know I'm just one of many customers but I truly had so many memories at Cosí since being introduced to it over 5 years ago. It was always a place when I lived in NYC that I could count on for quality and I would bring my partner there to meet me for lunch in midtown all the time. When I was vegetarian I was in love with the pizza. The full signature salads always filled me up and kept me trim and I would bring my laptop and do schoolwork there. This place was so unique and sooo much better than Starbucks and all these other Cafe's. RIP Cosí I guess.

This is a gyro sandwich. Half the ingredients are missing. Almost no sauce and it tasted pretty bad. Oh but it only cost $11. Avoid this place. If you're hungry hit up a food truck outside or get a snicker out of a vending machine.

Had the chicken melt Parmesan and cheese melt (grilled cheese), two drinks and 2 desserts. Total $39.00. Quick wait, and ok food.

Was here on 12/3/24 with my daughter at approximately 3:45pm. The female working took our order, you could tell she hated being there in the first place. She got our order wrong after telling her 3 times what I wanted on it. My daughter took it back up there and told her and she replied "I asked her if she wanted mayo or not!" My daughter replied that it was supposed to be turkey, cheese, and lettuce. The man working asked the girl what was supposed to be on the sandwich and she yells "it's a completely different sandwich." It wasn't completely different, you just didn't hear it correctly the first time, and you shouldn't react that way in front of customers. If you hate your job, get a new one. The customers that come here have reason to be at a children's hospital and the last thing they want to encounter is a rude employee in the...

I scrolled through reviews before writing this and almost think there had to be 2 different locations in the same building. But nope. Wow, what a strange concept and place. This is a poor excuse for a Cosi. I was thrilled after leaving CHOP with my son to see there was a Cosi here. This is definitely more like microwaved sandwiches and expensive snacks. Service was quick, I guess, but I would never order from here again. $22 for one subpar sandwich...
