Starbucks are known for their speed. You can go in order something and in a relatively short time will have what you ordered. Not the case at the Starbucks! Surprising, considering it is right next to a huge hospital. The line itself took 35 minutes waiting took another 15 minutes. The food and pumpkin spice latte as well as the coffee my wife ordered were great. It was just the wait I could not understand. Maybe it was just an off day. This place is wheelchair accessible right from the street. Parking is usually an issue unless you use a parking garage associated with the hospital or some other private parking garage. This Starbucks shares an accessible bathroom with the Jimmy John's next door. Weird, I thought so as well. But hey, you can go to Starbucks go to the bathroom and go to Jimmy John's and grab something else maybe it's just genius!

Very loud for a cafe and lots of people without many seats the food and coffee was great though so was my girlfriends you can also get free refills. On top of all this staff was very patient and nice on explaining how said refills work and even helped me with figuring out what to get from the menu. Everything outside of the atmosphere was awesome.

Have you seen a Starbucks store so overutilized on the mobile ordering?!!! Regardless, they are polite, friendly and prompt! Exactly what one would expect from Starbucks. They are in the Perelman center building, so you can imagine the pressure from all the employees and patients . Great service and a great bunch of people! Highly recommend!

On 9/12/24, I mobile ordered a nitro with several different cold foam. Because I get the cold foams this location and every other location has given it to me in a larger cup (which was recommended from an employee there so I would get my money worth). On this day, Dee (she has green hair) an employee at Starbucks was very rude, short tempered, and nasty towards me. This was totally unprovoked and unwarranted. I was the only black American at the counter with several Caucasian people waiting for their orders. Dee (who is Caucasian) was at the counter. I picked up my cup which was not filled (this order gets completed once you give them the cup) and proceeded to give Dee the cup and asked her to use a large cup because of the extra extra cold foams I get (I explained this to her, since she was NOT the normal employee I’m use to seeing). She totally dismissed me. She stated loudly you never got this ordered here, we don’t give more nitro in large cups (which I didn’t ask for more of the coffee just what I paid for). As I proceeded again to explain I wasn’t asking for more of the drink, she stopped me and said she don’t want to hear it and she doesn’t have to listen to me, she was about to leave. She put my empty cup to the side and walked off.

I requested to speak to a manager from another employee. The manager came over and I explain what happened she apologized and started to make my drink the way I normally get it (in the larger cup). Dee did not leave the store but decided to come back out and started to talk with the manager. As she was talking with the manager who had her back toward me because she was preparing my drink, Dee rolled her eyes at me, smirked, and laugh to taunt me. The manager left my drink unattended to get something from the back, while Dee stayed there. I decided I didn’t want the drink and left because I didn’t trust Dee with my drink being left unattended. I was embarrassed, disappointed, and upset that I was treated so bad. I came back to get a refund and to speak with the store manager. I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from the store or district manager. I will no longer support Starbucks if I am not treated as a human being for services I pay for with my hard earn money.

Again none of this...

This location's staff is very rude, discourteous and unprofessional. However, I actually saw and heard them treat white customers with kindness, professionalism and very friendly: greeting them, asking them how they are, smiling, thank you and have a nice day, etc. Yet when I place my order, I get eye rolls, no greetings, smiles or how am I , shrugs and frowns from the person who took my order who just not even a second ago was on top of the world with a white customer. And the girl who gives you your beverage was the same. Extremely friendly to everyone BUT me. Very sad given the current society we're living in. It's definitely NOT united nor post-racial at all. And the irony is all these same people think Trump is a vile racist and condemn him yet they treat others the same as they claim he does. It's disheartening and makes you feel like garbage and unworthy though I'm spending my money in their establishment. I'm an American citizen who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. This staff needs some sensitivity training to learn how to treat customers OF ALL COLORS with same level of courtesy and...

Possibly the most inefficient Starbucks locations in the City. This location is busy, no doubt about it but the management doesn't really acknowledge the need for customer ordering service in store throughout the day. This location on this day had at least 10 employees working, of which one is working the guest order register as well as serving coffee. This had the line wait times in excess of 7-8 minutes, not just today either but on several days over the past 2 1/2 weeks there has been time wasted to end up walking out because it's taking 7 or more minutes to order and/or acquire a beverage. The recommendations are that the Starbucks Company review it's functionality for this location and consider assigning employees to take beverage orders and collect payments. In the past 2 1/2 weeks there has been a loss of multiple customers due to time constraints and lack of Location's ability to effectively and efficiently run the...
