Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

DO NOT ORDER, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OWN A BUDGET LIKE ME! UPDATED: APRIL 6, 2017 8:48PM. THIS PLACE IS A PATHETIC JOKE. Look at all the good reviews, they are clearly written by friends and corporate staff. THIS PLACE SUCKS. They barely speak English which means they screw up your order. They have NO concept of "light cheese, extra sauce." They just had to replace my order for the 12th (at least) in 2 and half years and tonight I am done. This must be said the delivery people are AMAZING, they are really kind. Now, the girl answering the phone still cannot understand English well and tonight must have been a new girl or a new computer system. She could not key in my order correctly, she read back my order two times and MESSED it up two times. I knew I was doomed The pizzas came, wrong as usual, and returned but THIS time they let me talk to the manager. The manager sounded like a 20 year old (if that) and I told him the order three times and HE said to me "what did you want again?" EXTRA SAUCE, LIGHT CHEESE AND EXTRA PEPP. THEY KEEP GIVING ME GLOBS OF CHEESE. They do not know how to make pizza. DO NOT bother to call corporate because they will tell you it is family owned. Corporate takes NO responsibility for this location. n December 2015 I took part something called "THE OZ PRINICPLE." It is a bout teamwork so there you see the PR corporate BS below that someone wrote. Domino's was profiled and how they were losing business. Well one thing they never covered were family franchised owned locations. I am (for the last time) out of $23. Oh yeah they raised the delivery charge to $2.50 and the driver sees none of it. This is a HORRIBLE location to order from. So from the manager to the horrible girl on the phone, to the horrible pizza makers who STILL refuse to put sauce on a pizza and force cheese and globs of it down your throat...this place sucks on every level aside from the person who brings you the pizza, that person is always awesome. If I could, I would drive up there and throw these pizzas in their faces I would. However I am done FOREVER with Domino's. The best place IS Tacconellie's but I cannot always get there in time to order. READ WHAT I WROTE BELOW..NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THIS LOCATION HAS RUINED THE DOMINO'S NAME...THE NOID IS LAUGHING AT THEM. THEY STOLE $23 FROM ME TONIGHT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, UNLESS YOU WANT SPANISH HOME BOY SPECIAL PIZZA CALL HERE. THEY ARE YOUNG PUNKS TEXTING LIKE CRAZY AND IF THEY GET YOUR PIZZA RIGHT, THEN A BLIND SQUIRREL FINDS A NUT. HELL, GO TO ACME AND BUY DIGIORNO OR TOMBSTONE. NO MORE ESA PIZZA FOR ME HOLMES.

The delivery people are kind and great. However the Spanish girl is way too fast, speaks to fast and therefore screws up the order. I have to repeat myself three times. Then sometimes you call back after the screw up and she cops an attitude. I contact the corporate office but this is independently owned so she must be family. The owner never calls back after the complaint. I still order because my fave pizza place Taconelli's is sold out sometimes. I like the recipe. I refuse to order online because that takes away human jobs. I have ordered approx. 14 times and I am still batting 50/50 with their mistakes. So tell the girl who answers the phone to slow down because that is your only hope and honestly I hate myself for ordering but they have cheap deals. Also please note that the delivery charge is $2 and NONE OF THAT goes to the actual driver. THAT is the most outrageous and one day I will stop ordering. SO cheapskates, tip the drivers and be slow and concise when you call because that Spanish girl (just a description) will screw...

My experience was just Terrible! Awful! I ordered at 7:05 p.m. EST. The pizza never arrived. The tracker even read "delivered" but I never received anything. My first phone call was made in hopes to find out any information on my order. The workers and well as the "so called manager" Will were unknowledgable and offered little to no information about my order or when the order should arrive. I waited 30 minutes later to place another phone call to again find out any information regarding my small pizza order. I was given statements just to get me off the phone. All workers lacked customer service and what it truly means to satisfy the customer. It's truly ashame that Dominos, as big of a company as you are, have people of that nature working for you. Your employees represent you as a whole and tonight you were represented so poorly. There was no solutions given or recommendations offered to me after I waited almost 1 hour and 40 minutes for a small pizza. All that was said was "it will be there." completely unacceptable given that I live 7 minutes from the actual location I placed my order. Do better Dominos. For the last time, 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing my order, I called and asked for the manager. I was put on hold and informed that the manager was unavailable and that he stepped out. I asked if a refund could be made on my order and I was told that only a manager would be able to refund the order. I was told to call back, but unfortunately that was very inconvienent for me so I asked to leave my name and good number for the manager to reach me when he arrived so we could make the refund transaction. I was placed on a very long hold. As I was taken off hold, I was told by an employee, NOT THE MANAGER, that the refund was process and it would take 24 hours to clear. I guess I was just a little confused as the prior in the conversation I was told that only a manager could process the refund and that he was not in the store at the time. Very unprofessional. Completely and utterly disgusted and disappointed in the 3400 Aramingo Ave Philadelphia PA 19134 location. What a disgrace! I have been a loyal customer for years and years for O can't remember how long, but I definitely am reconsidering remaining a customer of Dominos after this encounter. Very frustrated that you would even allow your employees to treat their customers as if they do not care. Do...

So... so... horrible. This place is so consistently bad. I didnt listen to the reviews or learn from past mistakes. I kept going back. Never got my food at any point in the past THREE times going here. Is that even legal? Gonna have to go to corporate. After calling multiple times they took the phone off the hook. This place is a high gamble to order from. Unless its last resort dont go here. Its crazy I must have called 20 times in the last 2 months and I've only talked to someone 1 or 2 times. This is not an exaggeration at all..

Edit. Yeah pretty sure I got beat again buy good ole dominos on arromingo it's now 2 hours after the fact and I still havent recieved food or any type of communication. Shout out to pizza hut. Imma hit you up from now on. Pappas in the house..

Edit edit: time: 1:17 am saturday 3/20/21 need to get help for my gambling addiction. Thank you dominos for making me realize I need to take responsibility for my actions by being such an unforgiving stroke of luck with your impeccable service. Even though I never got in touch with any type of customer service or recieved any food, I finally had the time to dabble in a bit of soul searching in time I've had waiting for my pizza. I dont know what I've learned or what the point was but I'm hungry and have slightly less money. But hey Ya know what they say about dominos, "Like a...
