Don Giovanni's II — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Never again will I ever order from Bella t’s again! I’ve been buying from this pizzeria for about 4 years now. My last experience resulted in being put on hold twice for a total of 10 minutes after finally placing an order. After placing I kindly asked the young lady there with short curly hair to please repeat my order being that she sounded to be distracted by something else; to my expectation she didn’t get it correct so i repeat my order again. Finally I get to bella t’s to pick up my order, paid and was on my way. To my surprise after getting home with my order, it was all incorrect. I made another call and explained my order again and what I had received. The young lady there with the curly hair said, “just come back and we’ll remake your wrong item again” just simply that. I get there and she’s requesting the old order back. At this point I’m a bit upset because I had asked but she didn’t say bring back the old order and now this is an inconvenience to me. She denied remaking my order so I left, but I did call back and requested to speak to the manager on duty. She rudely said, without letting me speak and an escalated tone of voice, there was was no manager on duty, and if I wanted a refund I must come back a third time. I did go back a third time and a refund was given, but no apology for the inconvenience and the three trips taken. This place used to be good, where I used to order 15-20 boxes of pizza during summer events with family but lately the staff has been new and the quality of food has declined. I will never be ordering and spending my hard earned...

The owner was helpful and then turned rude and unprofessional after I thought we established a decent relationship. I buy I don’t beg. This man got mad about a messed up order and told me he would replace it but don’t call the store anymore as if he the only pizza place. After all my money I spent with this restaurant. I expected better when a issue arrived. I loved the cheesesteaks but you have to ask him to put the cheese on the steak but the bread which aggravates him to do what special orders the customers may have. I just think I was wrongfully told to not call the store again that’s why I’m writing a review. Good luck

I tried them again he remembered my address from a different number and burnt my order on purpose. He real petty don’t risk your money if you make this owner slash cook mad. Disrespectfully give you his karma from dealing...

Never in my life have I ordered food from a place and still didn’t have it over 2 hours later. Every time I’m dumb enough to order from this place, it takes forever and a day to arrive. Tonight the order never came at all. Probably because after 2 hours I told them if the delivery driver didn’t get here in the next 5 minutes after excuse after excuse, they could shove the order. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother. EDIT: Notice how quickly they responded with a basic, automated response about how they’re sorry my food didn’t arrive in a timely manner.
