Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ive come here every single night for this past week straight and every single night they are closed a half hour up to an hour and 15 minutes early before close. I rely on this for coffee before working at night and every single time they’ve been closed and I see atleast 1-3 other cars just spinning around hoping they take the order and the person is 100% inside doing who knows what. Extremely annoying when you rely on something for convenience sake. If you’re considering going out of your way to pick something up in the evening don’t do it there’s a good chance they’re just going to be closed and the food is usually cold but it’s the easiest option in a pinch at night when they’re supposed to be open, hence why i do it, now wasting my time for a week, and being here an hour and 15 minutes before close I believe this will be last time coming here. BEWARE!! THEY STEAL HERE. I CAME HERE THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO PURCHASE 25 MUCHKINS. I ASKED IF THEY HAD AN ASSORTMENT THEY SAID YES. THEN THEY SAID WE WILL GIVE YOU 50. AND SEEING THAT IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY, SOMETIMES IVE KNOWN BUSINESSES TO JUST WANT TO GET RID OF IT. SO I SAID OK BUT SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF I WOULD BE CHARGED JUST THE PRICE OF 25 WHICH WAS $7.69 THEY SAID YES. AND TO MY HARM I DIDNT ASK FOR A RECEIPT. HOWEVER, I DO HAVE ONLINE BANKING WHICH I KNEW TO CHECK AND SURE ENOUGH I WAS CHARGED $7.69 AND OTHER $11.08. I TRYED TO GO BACK AND GET MY MONEY BUT THEY WERE CLOSED. THIS WASNT A MISTAKE THIS WAS BLANTANT OUT RIGHT STEALING!!! THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE AT THE WINDOW AND I NOTICED THEY BOTH HAD VERY STRANGE LOOKS WHEN I ASKED IF I WOULD BE CHARGED THE PRICE FOR 25 MUNCHKINS....THATS THE REASON I CHECKED MY BANK STATEMENT!! GOD DONT LIKE...

I’ve been to this location twice for coffee (takeout both times), but I’ve never purchased a donut.

After seeing gnats (July 2025) populate on the 'Munchkin' donuts, it’s really concerning. They weren’t flying around, just sitting there, which made me wonder (eggs=quick population spread) or if the donuts were being stored improperly.

I can’t say for sure if the donuts were fresh or old, but with the number of gnats I saw, it makes me assume they might not have been the freshest.

Either way, it raises questions about the food storage and cleanliness. They need a regional or franchise manager in there ASAP to address these food safety concerns and come up with a proper action plan for...
