Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Edit January 2025 Place is running by a pregnant woman who can barely move, old lady in the kitchen with zero efficiency, otherwise she’s intentionally backing up the orders, and one guy going in and out to take the trash out. You guys are a joke and just because it’s a local branch your audience is captivated. Shame on you

3 workers are inside but only the cashier is taking orders and preparing it. One employee is talking with the other one that is stocking everything on the shelves. A lot of noise , no greeting, no mask for the other employees, no gloves while touching the food or preparing it. When order is ready there is no place to put it, they hand it over to you and now you’ll have to wait for the other items. Coffee is hot, can’t hold it long. Very bad experience Monday...

WOW! Manger has anger problems. Service was great until I told a male manger two of my four items were not right. He than told me my dount taste the same it just doesn’t has any blings on it. (strawberry bling frosted) but of course kids want the bling 🤷🏽‍♀️. I bought a lb. bag of DD regular coffee and when I got home discovered it was whole bean instead of ground. I returned the next day to make an exchange, however they only had whole bean, no ground. The associate was nice enough to grind it for me and re-fill my bag. That was awesome; freshly-ground...
