If I could give this location a zero star I would. I ordered my food and coffee. I asked the guy if a specific coffee counted for the deal they had going on and he said yes. I went in there asking as my first question before I even went to order. So I checked my recipient and he didn't give me the deal. So I asked about it and he says he never said that it was part of the deal. He kept telling me he never said that and he couldn't hear what I was saying. Yet he responded yes when I asked him about it in the beginning. When I asked for a refund or something he can do he said, he couldnt do anything. The worker seemed like it was his first or second day and he was there alone. So he couldn't help me and honestly didn't want to help me either. I ordered a drink through the app. When I got there, it was one employee who was moving as slow as a snail. There was only one customer who was waiting for her order. My drink was not ready, so I waited patiently for the employee to finish the other customers' orders. I returned the next morning for an in store purchase. This time, it was two employees, and they both seemed to be moving steady. My wait time was not long at all. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a crossiant with Hash Browns and iced coffee. Staff is amazing but today there is one person working by themself on a sunday on a 11am-12pm time range. I would say have 2 people up until 12.

A customer before me had an order that was $37 and when he gave a $50 bill there was a sign that states that you can't give a bill greater than a $20 bill. But that sign was hidden and not in open view. That customer waited a whole 15 - 30 minutes waiting for the customer in front of him to get their order complete.
