Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

As for the morning workers, they are quite nice and polite, but at night time it was a different case. I had just gone to dunkin donuts 10 minutes ago to get a latte and entered in to find the two workers laughing with people they knew. When I tried ask for a latte and the type of flavors they had, the people who knew the lady who was supposed to be helping us were staring and snickering at us, acting quite rude. The woman herself was quite rude, not answering my questions what so ever and just continued laughing coming up with excuses. After the dude who was standing beside her staring decided to FINALLY help out and takes our order tells us at the very end "oh our latte machine is broken". For one the food is terrible and the staff don’t listen. I paid 9.16 for an iced chai latte and a toasted cream cheese plain bagel. You know what I got? Milk in a cup with an untoasted barely cheesed bagel. They’re also racist. The old Indian lady at the drive thru wouldn’t even look at me and when she took my card she had a very visible look of disgust on her face and continued to have that look as she handed me my items that she got WRONG. The old hag wouldn’t even say Goodmorning. Even had the audacity to argue with her other coworkers in their language in front of me. Don’t spend your money here. Just go to Wawa! Night shift employee curses, gives attitude, and disrespects his customers. Doesn’t allow any time to give your order. He made me go back to the menu just to order again because I forgot to order the first time I came through the drive through; even tho there was no one behind me. I asked for muffins and was told that there were no muffins when there clearly was muffins sitting in the stationed area. The food at this dunkin is good but the night shift employee is horrible and needs disciplinary action taken...
