The WORST Managed Dunkin Ive Ever seen Anywhere - Dunkin, you midas well take your dunkin signs down, cause this place's management &/or franchise owner is losing you Massive Amounts of money, & disgrasing your name.
It's staff picks & chooses when they're serving customers - even thought your hours of operation state one thing - it is hit or miss when customers are able to get food or coffee from this store.
Uber eats & grubhub orders aren't filled, theyre drivers go there trying to pick up order just to be told that they dont have those items (because they turned off the ovens or whatever several hrs prior to closing).
Staff will tell customers that they're closed - when theres still hours left for the stores stated hours of operations - & theyre clearly all standing around in the store. Ive even put in a recommendation for the store owner to correct their store hours to reflect the store's ACTUAL store hours, but they just reconfirmed their fictitious store hours.
But its pretty bad when you're trying to put in a uber eats or grubhub Dunkin order & you have to find another location to put your order into &/or take a HUGE risk on whether or not if the store will Actualy fill the order.
This location management or staff wont even answer the stores phone.
Its deplorable & some of the Worst business practices that I have EVER seen or got stuck dealing with from a Dunkin store.
Its losing Dunkin money, but its Also Costing Dunkin's customers in wasting their time & gas money trying to utilize this location.

Read moreI have tried numerous times to give my business to this location since it is so close to my home but Wednesday, 2/12/2020 was my last day! I bought a gift card for a friend and when she went to use it, it was empty. So I go in the following day to this location (where I bought the gift card and where my friend went to try and use the gift card) and the manager wasn't in. The staff didn't know how to rectify my problem. Both of them were aware of the incident with my friend and I had all of my receipts and the empty gift card. They called the store manager on speakerphone and the manager insisted that I come back the following day at 9am. I told them that I would be at work. He then screams to his employee for me to come at 9am or else and then proceeds to hang up on his employee. Not only has the manager ALWAYS been rude and indignant but the staff are not properly trained. I will let my bank handle the charge on my account and I'll go to another DD to buy my gift card. Read moreWent through the drive thru and couldn’t understand the guy so I asked can someone else take my order he told me goodbye pulled up to the window asked for the manger he said he wasn’t in and closed the window. Waited 10 min someone else came to the window she asked me to put my phone away I told her no she left the window another 10 minutes another young lady came to take my order the guy who name is Ceaser I was told told her she can’t take my other at the window I would have to come in and I told them I shouldn’t have to come in when I came to the drive thru. Another 10 min passed and another person came to the window and took my order. While all this was going on he stated he was calling 911 I told him go ahead cause I’ll wait for them to show. I called to make a complaint waiting for corporate to call me back to follow up with my issue.
