I recently moved to this area, so this has been my closest Dunkin. Since Dunkin brought back the Dunkalatte, that is my go to order for months with an occasional switch up here and there. Today, I go into the store to pick up my mobile pick up order and I see that the color is off (IF YOU ARE A DUNKIN FAN YOU KNOW AS SOON AS YOU SEE THE COLOR). I saw the color was off and still took a sip before I left so that I wouldn't be upset when I get all the way to the office. As soon as I took a sip you can tell that they put regular milk because the drink was super bitter not even a hint of sweetness and the coffee milk that is in the latte does not require additional sugar. I went to tell who I assume to be the manager with the blue shirt a woman who appears to be Asian that my drink was not right. I said the color is off and before I could say it didnt appear that they put in the correct milk she took the drink away and was trying to argue me down that the drink was the right color. AGAIN, if you know you know. So I am trying to be calm and explain to her that I get this order everyday I know what it looks and taste like but then she walks off with an attitude and makes a new drink. The new drink was a different color however when she walked back over she had both drinks and smartly stated "See same color", they were not. When I drank the new drink, it was an obvious difference. It was 7am all I wanted was the correct order. I was not getting smart with this woman and I dont appreciate her attitude because I wanted someone to fix my order. And from the many reviews on this woman's behavior it obviously...

Once every other week or sometimes once a week, I meet one or two candidates at the Dunkin Donut store (2201 Penrose Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145) for about 45 minutes to an hour to have an interview and to get their information for W-4 form and etc. And every time I visit the Dunkin' Donut store, I buy two or three cups of coffee and donuts. Today, April 1st, I bought two cups of coffee and two 50 assorted munchkins. During the interview/conversation with possible candidate for my company, Dunkin' Donut Store Manager Gin (Asian, Female) came to our table and asked us to leave, saying that I cannot meet anyone for an interview. The store is only reserved to interview Dunkin' Donut candidates. Dunkin’ Donut stores cannot be used to meet people for an interview. It was very difficult for me to understand the situation as we were quietly talking to each other and filling out some forms. I then asked her for her business card and she ignored me completely afterward. If Dunkin’ Donut stores can not be used to meet people for an interview and/or quick business meeting, then please let me know. I will happily use other coffee shops and donut stores for upcoming interviews and quick business meetings, such as Starbucks, Krispy Kreme and etc. In addition, please put a signage in the store that interviews and/or meetings are not...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience I order the same Chicken and Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap and 2 orders of hash browns every morning on my way to work for $8.61 at the drive through at 2201 Penrose Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Yesterday, for the first time in years I was shorted 1 hash brown. No problem, I figured I'd resolve it today. I take the trouble to walk in and explain I was accidentally shorted 1 hash brown yesteday and would appreciate them making good on it today. Well this woman who I presume was the manager or owner says you must come right back to the store. I explained I don't eat my food until I arrive at my office and didn't realize it until then. I certainly can't clock out of work, drive back to make good on my purchase. She then complained I needed to call them yesterday. I explained, as I'm there 5 days a week I figured it wouldn't be a problem. She said she couldn't help me. I explained if that's her position I'll never order here again, over a $1.39 missing hash brown. She ignored me and I yelled she's an idiot losing a customer of a mistake they made. I did the math. $8.61 purchase for 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year is over $2,200 annually. Penny wise and dollar foolish as I'll never get so much as a napkin from them ever again. I'll also send this information to Corporate so their aware of what their franchise is doing locally. I'm sure I'm not the only complaint. How stupid over a $1.39...
