I usually love this Dunkin’, but I’m not sure what’s going on lately because my order has been wrong the last 4 times.
I do a mobile order and get avocado toast with bacon and an egg. Since it’s not an actual menu item, figure it’s easier to do mobile than communicating through a speaker with traffic in the background.
Perfect every time except the last two weeks I’m missing either the egg or the bacon. This morning is the egg that’s missing. I even stopped going for a few days thinking they had new staffing who was getting into the swing of things, but to no avail.
Yes, I could check before pulling away, which is on me 100%, but this Dunkin’ be poppin so there’s always a line of cars and usually a sketch handful of panhandlers around so I try to be quick in and out without having my car windows down for longer than necessary which is why I don’t check.
As far as staff, everyone is super friendly and pleasant, even at dark thirty in the morning.
Update edit They have worked out the kinks of new staff it seems! I went to a different Dunkin the last month or so, but was running behind one morning this week so I stopped at this one since it’s right by my job. Read moreI had one of the worst experiences that I ever had in 65 years. After I had paid for my food and drink, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told it was being cleaned. The door on both bathrooms were locked. I knocked on the one, nobody was in there. I asked if there is a key, that nobody was in there. They said again it’s being cleaned. After waiting ten min. A woman comes out of the other restroom with a mop and locks it. By now two more people waiting. I asked may I use the one that was cleaned. I was told no, it’s only for employees. The cleaning woman opened the other restroom that was locked, went in and locked the door and said it has to be cleaned. Now I’m pretty calm most of the time, I’m 65 and sometimes can’t wait to use a restroom. The fact that there were two perfectly good restrooms and the customers were told they can’t use . I will never go there again and I am following up with whomever will listen at Dunkin Doughnut...

I was there on free coffee day, I scanned my promotion and because the guy did not put the donut in the system before entering the qr code he could not process my free coffee. So I asked if he could just remove the coffee from the bill he said he was not sure how to do that, I asked for a manager he said he was the one in charge. Smh you know it's funny you really want to fight and vote to get these guys higher pay but they always show you why they don't deserve it.
