Hate to write a review but had the worst experience tonight 12/29/22 around 8:30pm. I went to buy a couple of donuts for my kids and a coffee. I was debating between buying a dozen, half dozen or a couple of donuts. I was asking the guy about the price of the options. While I was asking he was entering the information in the cash register. He got upset at me because I was asking him for the price options while he was entering the information on the cash register. As he turned to pick donuts I told him just give me 4, 2 sprinkled and 2 glazed. And then he got upset again because he had entered the dozen on the register. Then he gave me his back and said 'You Spanish'? I asked him why? Is that a problem for you? I left it there since there's was no point of arguing with him while he started to prepare my coffee. As I walked to get sugar. I stood there for a second to gather my thoughts on what to do or say. He approached me from across the counter and told me they were closed for the day, It was 8:30pm. Read moreTwo stars only because their main staff is usually very easy going. Their new hires, not all, but many are very rude. I went in today and they didn’t complete my order because they didn’t have an item that they’re promoting on the mobile app. When I told them that I didn’t want anything to replace it, the woman making the food started talking about me with me right behind her. I asked for my money back and she said they don’t refund the mobile app and then continued to complain about me not taking the food (that i didn’t get the order since they don’t have it to order yet). I felt obligated to order food, so i ordered something of the same value and they wanted to charge me for it. I questioned that if they’re promoting something and don’t have it, why do they have it on the app and why can’t they just comp this meal since I didn’t know that they didn’t have the food in. Read moreI had someone walk-in to buy me a beverage and a wake-up wrap. That’s it. However, surprise-surprise. Philly customers were in there disgracing their own once again. They tried to be passive-aggressive about it, but they can’t fool my technology. All what those losers do is reveal their desire to torment others while lying their way to upvote a justification for their hate crimes. They literally start themselves. I told some of the homeless guys I help to keep an eye out for specific criminals in this area and report back to me. And a report back they have. It’s not surprising that some staff here are rude to certain customers. They gotta be. Otherwise, this establishment would be confused as a McDonald’s or a KFC. I wouldn’t want stereotypically mentally-disabled mammals climbing on the counters either. In the spur of a moment, certain and evil customers just don’t know how to talk right.
