Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The manager Dave(Indian cat) at this location, from observation, DOES NOT practice clean and safe hygiene in this DunkinDonuts. Upon my observation, Dave has a serious issue of not wearing underwear in the workplace. So constant exposure of his bare buttocks and scratching of his scrotum is a daily practice of his. He was also observed on numerous occasions scratching his scalp with both ungloved hands near the counter and open display of donuts. After being utterly disgusted and having a loss of appetite(I no longer patronize Dunkin Donut establishments) I spoke to 2 of his employees inquiring about the manager's missing underwear and exposed buttocks. They revealed to me that he comes into work like that everyday. He scratches body parts without washing his hands afterwards. He bullies & harasses the Black employees there. His relatives that are employed there as well, steals all the tips from everyone else at the end of shift. His mother stores already cooked food in the same containers as the refrigerated uncooked food. His sister is constantly fixing her hair near the open food. The day before I stopped through there, ALL the Black employee's hours were cut and given to his relatives that work there instead. *People can we please cease from patronizing these types of establishments(chinese rest, bodegas, beer delis, etc....) where it's obvious these folks don't give a damn how and what we're...

Walked in and the guy behind the counter looked me straight in the face and did not greet or acknowledge me.

He was too busy doing whatever it was he was doing so I walked over to the register to wait to place my order and after about almost 2 minutes of waiting an employee walked in to clock in and the same thing happened with the 1st guy when I walked into the store, he looked at me and didn't acknowledge me. I don't blame this guy because he wasn't even clocked in yet but in that moment I had decided I had enough of waiting to spend my money to benefit your business.

So I headed to the door to leave and then I hear the first man I saw walking into the store that never uttered a word to me say, "Ma'am can I help you?"

I retorted, "You took to long" and continued to walk out.

I am a customer and I am not on Your Time...you are on MY TIME and I can spend my money at a million other Dunkin establishments that understand customer...

First of all you gotta love pulling up to the drive thru and the employee says "can I help you" I place my order ...No ok thank you please pull up or no telling me what my total is ...so I pull up there are about 4 guys standing by the window.... when I put my window down I said hi how are are you? No response.... just hands me my order and shuts the window!!!! So rude !!!! I'm sorry but this is YOUR JOB YOU CHOSE TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST SAY HI BACK OR THANK YOU! completely rude employees. I think they lack training on how to greet people....it's simple. This one sucks I don't know why I still go to it !!! I've had nothing but bad costumer service at this location ... yet I keep going ?!! Stupid in my part. I'll go out of my work travel to find another place for coffee and a quick bite in the mornings because these employees are...
