Flew out yesterday from Terminal D on united and visited this location. I will have to very poor overall.
Service is very slow and from my opinion was due to the individual running the register who needs some lessons on listening when people are ordering so you dont have to repeat yourself three times on everything, which in turn slows the whole process down of people placing orders. When you order a chocolate item when paying at the register it is still chocolate that you want, when the individual turns around to put it in the bag. Same for drinks, if you the person running the register would let the customer finish their order instead of yelling it down the line then you would have heard the correct item ordered. Odd how this worked when I ordered an ice tea drink and when repeated became another drink altogether that is served hot. Product was fresh and good when it came to the blueberry muffin and the chocolate donut holes I ordered. The ice tea I received was to my liking.
Really needs some work on efficiency, customer service and listening to the customer...
Read moreWant to have absolutely no idea when your order is called because the sound that escapes the overworked employee’s mouth is barely a whisper? Want to have your drink AND food order stolen by the swarm of people clustered in front of the tiny counter space with the whispering workers? Want to have no idea which number in size 10 font is currently stapled to the bag of food unless you mosh pit to the front and hover like a salivating dog waiting at the counter? Then drop on by!
By far the absolute worst service & atmosphere I’ve ever seen. I can’t even rate the food or drink because it got straight-up stolen. Worst $13 I’ve ever spent, probably won’t ever go to another DD again simply from this experience. I already know the food in Terminal D is gonna be terrible but to wait 20 minutes only to have your stuff stolen? Spare me.
Skip this place and eat literally anywhere else if you enjoy actually receiving your food and drink before...

We both got coffee--nice and hot--I usually get a dark roast, but I think theirs was blonde--sweeter than a dark roast--but wonderful for early in the morning. We also split a breakfast sandwich, and I had to get a jelly donut. Everything was good except the Raspberry Jelly Donut--it only had one or 2 tablespoons of jelly--nothing like what I was imagining from my childhood.
Their prices were very reasonable for an airport.
Now I see why so many people were in line so early in...
