Terrible TERRIBLE experience!!! I always spend my hard earn money at this restaurant and decided to sit down and eat for once. One of the servers spilled chips all over me and left it on the floor for awhile so I was just sitting there with chips under my feet which wasn’t really the issue, or the fact that the server had his finger(thump) inside the DIP while bringing me the appetizer. I let the manger Chris know exactly what happen(basically not wanting the appetizer at all) but what really bothered me was CHRIS really rude approach he came to the table with a NASTY ATTITUDE and just stared at me(which made me feel sooo uncomfortable and I didn’t really want to explain myself anymore) I didn’t want ANYTHING FREE ! Just better hospitality!! CHRIS looked me In my face and called me a liar !! Very very RUDE GUY . You lost a loyal customer and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN because you weren’t professional at all . For you to be a manger and act like that is disgusting you made me feel very very uncomfortable, you rather argue Back and forth and be immature instead of being professional and showing better hospitality! I myself work in hospitality and I give out GREAT customer service, I ONLY EXPECT THE SAME. ALSO I only said everything was fine after you gave a discount because I just wanted you to STOP TRYING TO ARGUE WITH ME . I wanted more understanding then you thinking I wanted something FOR FREE which was explained to you. So DISRESPECTFUL, I walked out feeling embarrassed never experienced anything like that In my life. I have been ordering take out from this particular Mexican resturant for over a year, and for the past 7 months I have been having a terrible experience with my orders. Recently I was given my order with items missing, after that I was given an order that was incomplete. After speaking with the manager Chris, I was told that my experience would be better, and to just speak with him if I was having any issues. Since then, I decided to dine in, and that caused me to NEVER come back.

1. The waiter was extremely over worked, and they only had one on a Saturday night.
2. The food runner spilled an entire trey of chips on my lap. Barley apologized, dropped some more chips off, and left the ones on the floor until we signaled him to clean them up. 3)The food runner held the queso incorrectly, which caused a portion of his fingers to touch it.
3. After speaking with the manager Chris, we were told that the food runner denied every action besides the chips falling. We were also told by the manager that he believes his employees and their integrity is important to him. "So when he asks his employees a question, he believes that they are telling the truth. Lastly, Chris stated that the chips did not touch us, and fell on the floor, but not us. Then also stated that he had proof from the camera.
4. Chris decided to give us a discount on chips and guacamole. Opposed to just throwing that order in there for free, due to the frustration, longer wait, and not having any tables available on our arrival.

I took my family for dinner on a Friday night. We were told that it would take 30 minutes to get seated for a party of 5. After about 35 minutes or so, we were seated. A few minutes after we were seated, our waiter came to get our drink orders and after a few more minutes, he took our food orders. Our drinks came out within a reasonable amount of time and we were enjoying ourselves. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes without the waiter checking in on us while he was busy with neighboring tables. Not sure if the restaurant was understaffed or if the waiter was incompetent. Either way, service was poor. It wasn’t until I asked the host that we were canceling our order that we began to receive service that a typical customer is expected to receive at a restaurant. Within 2 minutes, the manager told me that our food was ready and that they would pay for our beers (2) and a dessert. We decided to stay since it was late and the kids were getting tired. Food was cold but as good as we had expected. We ate and after we were done, I asked the waiter for the bill. We paid for our bill in cash and we noticed that we were short $10 in change. We notified the host on our way out and we decided to leave before rectifying the situation since we felt it was pointless to do so due to our inadequate service. I do not post reviews but I felt that it was important for me to do so to let potential customers know about the poor service that my family and I received.
