This is a five star establishment, the food is wonderful and the workers are very kind 🤷🏽♀️ But I’m going to be honest with you , if you’re trying to work at this establishment I recommend you take your talent else where, I applied online, went in for an interview (I was told to come in at 5, waited for over an hour and a half and didn’t actually talk to someone until a little after 6:30) I was told that because I’m a college student , there was a high chance I wouldn’t get the job because they hire a certain quota of students to work there) some of the things I witnessed were pretty interesting... there are literally less than 5 registers, but more than 15 people behind the counter, I watched a girl answer the phone and the person on the line was asking if they had open spots and she said yes, literally when she hung up the phone , she was told to go home Early because they were over staffed, so I’m just sitting there wondering why you would tell a worker to let people know you are hiring and then tell her to go home because you were over staffed. Fast forward to almost a week later and I got no call , so I call up the location to see what’s up with my work application, you know times are rough and I want to know if I have this job or not, so when I called I was told the position was given to someone else 😂 so you couldn’t call me and let me know that I didn’t get the job? I called back to talk to the staff about how that was really unprofessional because I was guaranteed I would get a call back 😂 and Blake proceeds to tell me “ Well we run a 6 million dollar business and can’t call you back as fast as YOU want” I had to just hang up the phone, abuse at that point it was clear that what he was going to say proceeding that sentence was going to be something Flippant , and I’m not going to remove myself out of character because you wanted to be unprofessional . I love their food, it’s amazing and fills you up for not that much money 🤷🏽♀️ But Working there? You might as well put in your application for a location in downtown Philadelphia, maybe they’ll be a little more kind to you there! I’m praying for the young individuals already working there because I know they’re over staffed and often are told to go home early 😂 while at the same time receive calls about if that location is hiring or not, and as for Mr. Duane and Mr. Blake, hopefully you don’t treat other potential staff members like you did me 🤷🏽♀️ I had to walk all the way home because I wanted to work for you guys so bad, and I couldn’t even get a call back that you guys already filled up the position for an individual who was guaranteed during their first month there to be sent home Early ! ANYWAY. the food is wonderful, and the staff that I met at the register were so kind to me and even offered me a lemonade because they could see how distraught I was 😂 But PLEASE take my advice, go and take your work abilities to McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s EVEN APPLY TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION 😂 don’t waste your time applying to that location 😩 I’m so sorry that me trying to work for you was SUCH a burden and you didn’t feel the need to call me back , I’m SO SORRY that you make 6 billion a year and can’t let me know if I got the job or not 🤭 mean while I’m a struggling college student that just wanted to have this job, it would have been my first one and I would have been able to help my mom out , but I guess I wasn’t good enough for them 😪

Read moreI was at this store at 1200 noon on 7/10/2018. I brought a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a chicken strip meal for my grandson. We dined inside. I was speaking to a person on my bluetooth and another customer at the trashcan. I said, this is why I don't eat fastfood. My bread wasn't fresh. The man agreed. He replied, his bread was fresh either. The staff got the manager who came out of the back. He said, they received bread every morning fresh. I said, I don't care the bread wasn't fresh and pointed to the other man said his bread wasn't fresh either. I told the manager I didn't know that man. He asked for my receipt. I think it went in the trash with the food. The manager walked to the back. I stood their 5 minutes. The assistant manager said he was in the back taking care of the matter. When the assistant manager came back. He accused me of eating the sandwich. I told this man this food is expensive to be bad. I work hard for my money. He accused a black elderly woman taken out her grandson for lunch of trying to get over on them. The worst part about this is they were giving about free sandwiches if you dress as a cow. I guess people in poor neighborhoods don't deserve respect or fresh food. It totally goes against the practices of what they are promote. I am a honest person to accuse me of stealing is unforgivable. Addendum, the owner contacted me about this situation. She explained that do to this location this store has problems that warrant her manager and the assistant to treat people in this area as less than deserving of respect. I said to her she needed to change her policy because all the people around this area are not vagrants. She said she will not change her policy but she will speak with her staff. It was ok because another staff verified I brought my sandwich. In return, she would leave my name on the iPad at her store for a free sandwich. Read moreI am appalled with the level of service I received at this Chik-fil-A. This chain has always had above and beyond customer service and ironically I received my worst fast food treatment here. I ordered a number one meal and then a number two sandwich and paid for both, both on the receipt 10 minutes before closing at 10pm. When I got home at around 10:05 the sandwich with the meal was not there, and there was a gross container of cheese sauce. I called them back and the guy said to ask for him next week and he will take care of it. I replied you have my money now and my kids are hungry now. He asked if I was the guy who just ordered, and I told him yes. He said he bagged my order himself and no way it was missing the second sandwich. I told him its Saturday night and I have too many things to do to try and burn you on a sandwich, it wasn't given to me and i need it. He says he can serve me cold food. I get there and they have me waiting for 5 minutes despite knowing I'm on the way. He says he put it in the bag and that's crazy but whatever, and then closed the door. No apology...no nothing. I am disgusted and will be reporting Blake and his rudeness. I have been in customer service for years like many people have and that is no way to handle a situation. I am very disappointed. And then to be treated like a trickster trying to beat you for a third sandwich when I truly and duly paid for the second and only got one.
